Biography
Born in Coimbra District, Portugal.
Academic Degrees: J.D. Graduate (’94), LL.M Master (‘99) and S.J.D. Doctor of Laws (‘08), with distinction and honors, University of Coimbra, Portugal.
Teaching Experience: Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra, since March 2020, where he also served as assistant professor from april 2008 top march 2020; and training assistant and assistant (lecturer) from June 1994 to March 2008.
Visiting Assistant Professor of Law, University of Macau, Macau SAR China, Academic year 03/04.
Invited Professor of Law at Portucalense University (Oporto) since September 2011.
Courses taught: graduate legal studies, Introduction to Law, Commercial Law, Public Economy, General Theory of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Business Law, Computer Law, Information Law; post-graduate legal studies (LL.M and PhD), Contracts, Competition, Copyright, European Economic Law, Intellectual Property, E-commerce.
