Solar da Família Marrocos em Idanha-a-Velha. Uma proposta de intervenção.

Abstract

No âmbito da disciplina de seminário do ano letivo 2017/2018, com o tema The Beautiful Past, o programa REVIVE, lançado pelo Governo em 2016, foi usado para desenvolver uma proposta de intervenção num edifício selecionado. Por meio deste programa, foi selecionado de entre trinta e três imóveis, o Solar da família Marrocos como objeto de trabalho. Para a concretização desta proposta de intervenção, foi conduzida uma investigação com o objetivo de uma maior familiarização com o edifício em estudo e o contexto onde o mesmo se insere. Considerando a história do Solar e as características geográficas, demográficas e históricas da vila onde este se encontra implantado, foi possível propor um programa para o quarteirão definido pelo complexo. Daí, concretizou-se uma proposta de intervenção que teve como referência cartas de recomendação, viagens, conferências, entre outros elementos.
