EMPREENDEDORISMO UNIVERSITÁRIO: ESTUDO DE CASO DAS 10 EDIÇÕES DO PROGRAMA ARRISCA-C DA UNIVERSIDADE DE COIMBRA

Abstract

O seguinte trabalho resulta da investigação efetuada, no âmbito do mestrado em Administração Público-Privada, a um programa educacional em empreendedorismo. O programa ARRISCA-C é uma boa-prática na área da educação em empreendedorismo, integrando a Rede GAPI, como plataforma de divulgação da propriedade industrial, e o +E+I, como programa educacional enquadrado na política pública nacional de empreendedorismo e inovação. O Programa cumpriu os objetivos a que se propôs. Por um lado, colaborou na criação de empresas (com um caráter fortemente inovador) e, por outro, contribuiu para a divulgação da ideia de empreendedorismo incrementando a sua consciencialização. Na primeira edição, em 2008, foi promovido pela UC, a DG/AAC, a IPN-Incubadora, a ACIC e o CEC. Foi financiado pela InovCapital, pelo Instituto Português da Juventude, pela União Europeia – FEDER, pelo Programa Operacional Sociedade do Conhecimento, pelo XVII Governo Constitucional da República Portuguesa e pela CMC. Em 2018, na sua última edição, possuiu como parceiros a UC, o Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra, de Leiria e de Tomar, a AAC, o IPN, a ANJE, a IDDNET, a OBITEC, o Biocant, a NERLEI, o ITeCons, o CEC, TagusValley e SerQ. The following work is the result of research carried out as part of the Master's degree in Public-Private Administration on an educational programme in entrepreneurship. The programme ARRISCA-C is a good practice in entrepreneurship education, integrating the GAPI Network as a platform for the dissemination of industrial property and the +E+I as an educational programme framed in the national public policy of entrepreneurship and innovation. The Programme has fulfilled the objectives it set itself. On one hand, it collaborated in the creation of companies (with a strongly innovative nature) and, on the other hand, contributed to the dissemination of the idea of entrepreneurship by raising awareness of it. In the first edition, in 2008, it was promoted by UC, DG/AAC, IPN-Incubadora, ACIC and CEC. It was funded by InovCapital, the Portuguese Youth Institute, the European Union - ERDF, the Knowledge Society Operational Programme, the XVII Constitutional Government of the Portuguese Republic and the CMC.
