O Estado da Arte da Gestão de Recursos Humanos Verdes: Uma revisão bibliométrica

Abstract

A presente revisão bibliométrica tem como objetivo caraterizar o estado da arte da GRHV entre 2010 e 2020. Para tal, num momento inicial, recorreu-se a uma “keyword search” (143 publicações) na base de dados SSCI (Social Sciences Citations Index) e ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index), incluídas na Web of Science. Os resultados confirmam o crescimento exponencial do tópico nos últimos anos, apesar de não existir, todavia, um extenso universo de publicações. Nesta fase, procedeu-se à identificação das revistas e dos autores mais ativos, bem como dos domínios científicos e afiliações das publicações. Em seguida, recorrendo à técnica Visualisation Of Similarities (VOS) do software VosViewer, são explorados dois mapas bibliométricos- acoplamento bibliográfico de referências e co-ocorrência de keywords. Estes mapas, analisados em conjunto, permitem obter uma perspetiva do campo de estudo da GRHV, identificando possíveis correntes de literatura e tópicos que caracterizam as 143 publicações. Por último, efetuou-se uma análise ao conteúdo das publicações mais citadas (16 publicações), que incide naqueles tópicos merecedores de uma análise mais fina - definição, medição e variáveis associadas à GRHV. Face aos resultados obtidos, insere-se a GRHV no segundo estágio de desenvolvimento (Avaliação/Aumento) do modelo de evolução dos conceitos de Reichers e Schneider (1990).A presente dissertação pretende explorar e caracterizar o estado da arte da GRHV, partindo da sua emergência, definição e intersecção com outras especialidades da GRH e síntese da evolução das contribuições académicas. Além disso, a identificação dos protagonistas na área e análise dos trabalhos mais influentes, bem como as principais futuras direções serão pontos a delinear. Para tal, em primeiro lugar, realizar-se-á uma síntese teórica do tema. Num segundo momento, proceder-se-á à análise bibliométrica de uma amostra publicações realizadas entre 2010 e 2020 e, em última instância, será desenvolvida uma análise ao conteúdo das publicações mais influentes. A importância deste trabalho reside no contributo para uma revisão atualizada da GRHV: do que tem sido estudado, como e por quem. O aprofundar do estado da arte do construto possibilitará identificar os desenvolvimentos de maior destaque realizados até ao momento, reunir evidências do status quo da literatura da GRHV, como também delinear novas questões que poderão ser importantes investigar no futuro. Para tal, recorrer-se-á à técnica da análise bibliométrica.

The present bibliometric review takes place in order to realize the state of the art of the GHRM between 2010 and 2020. To this end, in a first moment, a “keyword search” (143 publications) in the SSCI (Social Sciences Citations Index) and ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index) database included in the Web of Science. The results confirm the exponential growth of the topic in recent years, although there is not so far, an extensive universe of publications. At this stage, it was also identified the most active journals and authors, as well as the scientific domains and affiliation of publications. Then, using the Visualization of Similarities (VOS) technique of the VosViewer software, two bibliometric maps are explored - bibliographic coupling of references and co-occurrence of keywords. These maps, analyzed together, allow to obtain a perspective on the literature of the field of study, identifying possible currents of literature and topics behind the 143 publications. Finally, a content analysis of the most cited publications (16 publications) focused on those that deserve a more detailed analysis - definition, measurement and variables associated with GHRM. Given the results, GHRM is considered to fit in the second stage of development (Evaluation/Increase) of the model of evolving concepts of Reichers & Schneider (1990).The present dissertation explores and characterizes the state of the art of the GRHV, starting from its emergence, definition and intersection with other specialties of the GRH and synthesis of the evolution of academic contributions. In addition, an identification of the protagonists in the area and analysis of the most influential works, as well as the main future ones will be points to be outlined. To do so, first, a theoretical synthesis of the theme will be carried out. In a second step, a bibliometric analysis of a sample of publications carried out between 2010 and 2020 will be carried out and, ultimately, an analysis of the content of the most influential publications will be carried out. The importance of the work lies in the contribution to an updated review of the GRHV: what has been studied, how and by whom. The deepening of the state of the art of the construct will make it possible to identify the most prominent developments carried out to date, gather evidence of the status quo of the GRHV literature, as well as outline new issues that may be important to investigate in the future. For this, the bibliometric analysis technique will be used.
