Relatório de Estágio desenvolvido na Escola Básica nº2 de São Bernardo, junto da turma H do 7º ano, no ano letivo 2018/2019. A visão da (in)disciplina de alunos e respetivos professores de uma turma do ensino básico: Estudo de Caso

Abstract

O Estágio Pedagógico é a última etapa do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, elemento imprescindível para uma visão profissional. A presente etapa foi desenvolvida na Escola Básica nº2 de São Bernardo, junto da turma H do 7º ano de escolaridade. O Relatório de Estágio descreve as experiências vivenciadas ao longo do Estágio Pedagógico e visa uma reflexão sobre a nossa intervenção pedagógica. O conteúdo está dividido em quatro dimensões: área 1- atividades de ensino aprendizagem; área 2- atividades de organização e gestão escolar; área 3- projeto e parcerias educativas e por fim, a área 4- atitude ético-profissional. Para além destas dimensões, aprofundamos o nosso tema problema, onde é realizado um estudo de caso que tem como principal como objetivo entender como é vista a indisciplina entre os alunos e os professores da mesma turma. Pretendemos compreender as visões dos intervenientes e analisar se vai num sentido divergente ou convergente. De uma forma minuciosa, procuramos perceber que razões estão por trás destas ações encontrar em diferentes disciplinas, conhecer o que os professores e alunos pensam sobre este conceito, identificar as causas e que tipo de estratégias usam os docentes para controlar os alunos. Ao longo do ano letivo, demos primazia ao Estágio Pedagógico, com o propósito de melhorarmos a cada dia, concluindo o ano letivo como um docente mais competente. Este Estágio permitiu-nos adquirir mais conhecimentos e competências, através de críticas construtivas e feedbacks constantes acerca da nossa intervenção pedagógica, bem como do aprofundamento dos conhecimentos por meio da literatura técnico-científica disponível. Através duma evolução gradual, superámos os objetivos e as nossas fragilidades que foram definidas inicialmente.

The teacher training is the last stage of master's degree in Teaching Physical Education in Elementary and Secondary Education, an essential element for a professional vision. This stage was developed with class H of the 7th grade in Escola Básica nº2 de São Bernardo. Throughout the year of pedagogical internship, trainees, apply the knowledge acquired, in a situation of real education, accompanying a class throughout the school year, under the supervision of two pedagogical advisors, one in school and another one in college.The Internship Report describes the experiences lived during the Pedagogical Internship and aims at a reflection on the pedagogical intervention. The content is divided into four dimensions: area 1- teaching learning activities; area 2-activities of school organization and management; area 3- project and educational partnerships and finally area 4- ethical-professional attitude. Beyond these dimensions, to deepen our theme problem, where a case study is conducted whose main objective is to understand how an indiscipline is seen between students and teachers in the same class. We want to understand how views of participants and will analyze whether a divergent or convergent direction. In a thorough way, we try to understand the reasons why these actions are in different disciplines, to know what teachers and students think about this concept, to identify how the causes and the type of use that teachers use to control the students. Throughout the school year, we gave priority to the pedagogical internship, with the purpose of improving each day, concluding the school year as a more competent teacher. This internship allowed us to acquire more knowledge and skills, through constructive criticism and constant feedback about our pedagogical intervention, as well as the deepening of knowledge trough the available technical-scientific literature. Through a gradual evolution, we have overcome the objectives and our weaknesses that were initially defined.
