Seguidamente, e através de um breve estudo de outros ordenamentos jurídicos europeus, é um dos objetivos deste trabalho, tentar descortinar os modelos de incriminação escolhidos por estes países, por forma a entender as suas semelhanças e diferenças. Para tanto, é necessário, paralelamente, compreender e desenvolver os vários conceitos-base atinentes ao bem jurídico em crise, a liberdade sexual dos cidadãos. Following, and through carrying out a brief study of other international legal systems, one of the objectives of this work is to try to describe the incrimination models chosen by those countries, in order to understand their similarities and differences. Therefore, in parallel, it is necessary, to understand and develop the various basic legal concepts in the protected legal interest in crisis, the sexual freedom of the citizens.
