One of the most classic problems that the activity of the courts have faced over the years is undoubtedly the excess of bureaucracy that tends to perpetuate a vicious cycle of inefficiency in the attribution of a quick response, indispensable to the smooth functioning of day-to-day life. However, in view of this observation, simplified procedures that aim to do this are not at all rare in our system: providing a timely response so that a future decision has a useful effect. In this context, we will analyze the legal regime of Injunction and AECOP, more specifically, the legal requirements for the use of these and the various problems that have arisen in practice regarding their specific application. One of the most classic problems that the activity of the courts have faced over the years is undoubtedly the excess of bureaucracy that tends to perpetuate a vicious cycle of inefficiency in the attribution of a quick response, indispensable to the smooth functioning of day-to-day life.
