Abstract

A Dissertação aborda, a utilização das armas de fogo pelos agentes da autoridade, ordens legitimas e/ou ilegitimas, bem como a legitima defesa. Serão abordados, os limites e sua interpretação à luz da lei, e dos Decretos Lei vigentes. Contribui-se assim, para apreciar o limite da defesa dos agentes da autoridade bem como, todas as circunstâncias inerentes e excessos punidos por lei. Atenta-se à melhor solução fazendo jus ao direito comparado, tendo em atenção o modelo que melhor se adequa nesta sociedade cada vez mais exigente.
