For that purpose, I will focus in the biopolitical weight that heterosexual intelligibility frames of kinship, in a general sense, and the gestation-centered of motherhood, in particular, have over the articulation of the norms that establish the limits of the possible in the field of reproductive practices. Departing for this analysis, I will defend the necessity of providing a legislative frame that, from a feminist perspective, grants the rights of all the parties involved in surrogacy processes. |
