“Reestruturação do Plano Educativo Municipal da Câmara Municipal de Condeixa-a-Nova – Projetando hoje, concretizando amanhã”

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende descrever o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do Estágio Curricular do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação da Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, realizado na Câmara Municipal de Condeixa-a-Nova, no decorrer do segundo ano deste ciclo de estudos, para obtenção do grau Mestre em Ciências da Educação pela Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra.Estando o presente relatório enquadrado no domínio da administração e gestão escolar, tem como objetivos principais relatar o trabalho desenvolvido no decorrer do estágio, apresentando as principais atividades em que houve a oportunidade de colaborar e, ainda, apresentar o projeto de intervenção realizado no âmbito do mesmo. Partindo do tema do projeto de intervenção designado por “Reestruturação do Plano Educativo Municipal de Condeixa-a-Nova – Projetando hoje, concretizando amanhã”, define-se Plano Educativo Municipal como sendo um documento estratégico que visa ser um processo chave de construção participada de melhores respostas educativas e formativas. Ou seja, é um instrumento dinâmico de integração e articulação das políticas educativas e/ou formativas do território.Neste sentido, o presente relatório divide-se em três partes essenciais. A primeira parte inicia com uma caraterização da instituição acolhedora, a Câmara Municipal de Condeixa-a-Nova. A segunda parte descreve as atividades desempenhadas e desenvolvidas, durante o período do Estágio Curricular, no Serviço de Educação da Câmara Municipal de Condeixa-a-Nova. Por último, a terceira parte apresenta o projeto de intervenção desenvolvido ao longo do mesmo.

This report intends to describe the work developed in the scope of the Curricular Internship of the Master's Degree in Educational Sciences of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, held at the Municipal Council of Condeixa-a-Nova, during the second year of this cycle of studies, to obtain a Master's degree in Educational Sciences from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra.Since the present report is within the field of school administration and management, the main objectives of this report are to report the work carried out during the internship, presenting the main activities in which there was an opportunity to collaborate, and to present the intervention project carried out within the scope the same.Starting from the theme of the intervention project called "Restructuring of the Municipal Educational Plan of city council Condeixa-a-Nova", Municipal Education Plan is defined as being a strategic document that aims to be a key process of building shared of better educational and training responses. That is, it is a dynamic instrument of integration and articulation of the educational and / or formative policies of the territory.Accordingly, this report is divided into three essential parts. The first part begins with a characterization of the welcoming institution, the City Council of Condeixa-a-Nova. The second part describes the activities performed and developed, during the period of the Curricular Internship, at the Education Service of the Condeixa-a-Nova City Hall. Finally, the third part presents the intervention project developed along the same.
