Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Secundária Engenheiro Acácio Calazans Duarte junto da turma do 9ºB no ano letivo de 2016/2017

Abstract

O Estágio Pedagógico inserido no último ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário proporciona ao professor estagiário a oportunidade de aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do ciclo de estudos para o contexto real e prático.Deste modo, o documento que se apresenta relata reflexivamente as tarefas inerentes à função de docente de Educação Física que desempenhei ao longo do ano letivo 2016/2017 na Escola Secundária Engenheiro Acácio Calazans Duarte na cidade da Marinha Grande.O presente relatório de estágio descreve as experiências vivenciadas, dificuldades sentidas e aprendizagens realizadas. Neste sentido, o documento encontra-se dividido em três capítulos principais. O primeiro capítulo é dedicado à contextualização da prática pedagógica, onde se procedeu à análise das características específicas da escola, do grupo disciplinar e da turma atribuída. O segundo capítulo corresponde à análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica relativa ao planeamento, realização e avaliação. Por último, a terceira parte deste relatório, incide na investigação realizada sobre o tema/ problema: “Conceito de Disciplina/ Indisciplina Escolar - Estudo do impacto das fases de organização de uma aula no clima disciplina da mesma, no Agrupamento de Escolas de Marinha Grande Poente”. A diversidade das numerosas ações nas distintas fases de organização da aula, evidencia a complexidade da gestão da aula e a necessidade de procedimentos conjugados para a prevenção da indisciplina. Verifica-se portanto, que os professores dão maior importância ao facto de não perder a autoridade e não permitir situações de abuso e de indisciplina, considerando ainda importante a motivação dos alunos, selecionando atividades diferentes, mantendo os alunos empenhados e com um papel ativo.

The Teacher Trainning in the last year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education of Elementary and Secondary Education gives trainee the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during the theoretical year into to the real and practical context.During the academic year 2016/ 2017 it was possible to follow a class of the Secondary School Engenheiro Acácio Calazans Duarte in Marinha Grande and to perform all the tasks inherent to the teaching function.This internship report aims to describe the activities performed in this field and it is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the contextualization of pedagogical practice, where the specific characteristics of the school, the disciplinary group and the class were analyzed. The second chapter corresponds to a reflexive analysis on the pedagogical practice at the level of planning, realization and evaluation. The last and third part of this report focuses on the research carried out on the theme/ problem: "Concept of Discipline/ Indiscipline - Study of the impact of the phases of the organization of a classroom in its disciplinary climate, in the Schoolar Group of Marinha Grande Poente".The diversity of the numerous actions in the different phases of the organization of the class demonstrates the complexity of classroom management and the need for articulate these procedures to prevent indiscipline. However, it’s observed that teachers attach greater importance to not losing their authority and not admitting situations of abuse and indiscipline, considering that student’s motivation is still important, selecting different activities, keeping students interested with an active role.
