Relatório de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Secundária Engenheiro Acácio Calazans Duarte junto da turma 11ºH, do curso cientifico-humanístico, no ano letivo de 2016/2017

Abstract

O Relatório Final de Estágio insere-se no plano curricular do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. Este relatório pretende que o professor estagiário demonstre competências de análise crítica fundamentada e reflexão aprofundada a partir da sua experiência de Estágio Pedagógico. O Estágio Pedagógico caracteriza-se por um período de formação curricular onde é permitido ao professor estagiário, de uma forma orientada, exercer e cumprir com todas as funções inerentes ao cargo docente. Constituindo, portanto, a componente prática da aplicação dos saberes teóricos adquiridos durante a formação inicial.No meu caso, o Estágio Pedagógico foi realizado na Escola Secundária Acácio Calazans Duarte inserido no Agrupamento de Escolas Marinha Grande Poente no ano letivo de 2016/2017, no qual foi lecionada a disciplina de Educação Física à turma 11ºH. Este estágio representa o culminar da formação académica e a aproximação à prática profissional, em que todas as experiências vivenciadas, aprendizagens realizadas e conhecimentos adquiridos devem representar as competências necessárias para o desenvolvimento de uma prática docente na área da Educação Física. O Relatório de Estágio tem por objetivo descrever e refletir sobre as atividades desenvolvidas e aprendizagens realizadas durante o estágio pedagógico.Este relatório divide-se em três partes fundamentais, a primeira trata-se de uma contextualização da prática desenvolvida. A segunda consiste numa análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica. A terceira é o aprofundamento de um tema-problema sobre a pergunta “Quais os fatores que representam, na perspetiva dos professores, uma maior influência para a indisciplina nas aulas?”.Para este estudo, aplicaram-se os questionários de Disciplina/Indisciplina a quarenta (40) Professores da Escola Acácio Calazans Duarte. O objetivo deste é identificar os fatores que representam uma maior influência na indisciplina entre estes professores. Primeiramente identificaram-se os fatores mais e menos influentes de forma global, depois dividiram-se os fatores em quatro (4) categorias identificando os mais e menos influentes em cada categoria e por fim identificaram-se os fatores mais influentes em cada categoria segundo o tempo de docência até 25 anos e após os 26 anos. Através dos resultados obtidos conseguimos verificar que o ambiente familiar e a relação entre a escola e a família são bastante importantes para a indisciplina nas aulas.

The Final Report of Teacher Training is included in the curricular plan of the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education, University of Coimbra. This report intends that the trainee teacher demonstrates skills of grounded critical analysis and in-depth reflection from his experience of Teacher Training. Teacher training is characterized by a period of curricular training where the trainee teacher is allowed, in an oriented way, to carry on and fulfill all the functions inherent to a teacher. Therefore, it constitutes the practical component of the application of the theoretical knowledge acquired during the initial formation.In my case, Teacher Training was carried out at Acácio Calazans Duarte Secondary School, inserted in Marinha Grande Poente Schools Association, in the academic year 2016/2017, in which the subject of Physical Education was taught to the 11th grade, class H. This training represents the culmination of academic formation and the approach to professional practice, in which all lived experiences, lessons learned and acquired knowledge should represent the necessary skills for the development of a teaching practice in the area of Physical Education. The Teacher Training Report has the goal of describing and reflecting on the activities developed and lessons learned during the Teacher Training.This report is divided into three fundamental parts. The first is a contextualization of the practice developed. The second is a reflexive analysis of pedagogical practice. The third is the deepening of a problematic question "What are the factors that, from the teacher’s point of view, represent a greater influence on indiscipline in the classroom?For this study, Discipline / Indiscipline questionnaires were applied to forty (40) teachers of Acácio Calazans Duarte School. The purpose of this is to identify the factors that represent a greater influence on indiscipline for these teachers. First, were identified the most and the least influential factors in a global way. Then, the factors were divided into four (4) categories identifying the most and the least influential in each category. Finally, the most influential factors were identified in each category, according to the time of teaching until 25 career years and after the 26 career years. Through the obtained results we were able to verify that the Family Environment and the Relation between School and Family are a very important data in indiscipline.
