The traditional perspectives of law present the human rights as the result of a heteronomous normative system. This reductive vision diminishes the existence of legit social claims, and at the same time, presents the actual power relations and domination forms as natural. On the present article, it is going to be presented the way in which the “Crítica Jurídica Latinoamericana” (Latin American Critical legal thinking) talks about these issues. |
