Geração de energia nos pavimentos rodoviários

Abstract

Esta dissertação teve como objetivo principal estudar o sistema da Waydip durante a sua implementação na cidade da Covilhã. Para atingir o objetivo proposto foram efetuadas as seguintes tarefas: revisão de todas as técnicas de geração de energia associadas à engenharia de infraestruturas de transporte; explicação do funcionamento da tecnologia Waynergy Vehicles da Waydip; análise dos resultados experimentais; estudo dos revestimentos para a superfície dos módulos; análise da localização do sistema na fase piloto (tendo em conta a localização dos equipamentos coletivos, hierarquização viária e a avaliação da rentabilidade da operação); agenda dos trabalhos construtivos durante a implementação do sistema na fase piloto; e por fim, as potencialidades do sistema em estudo que podem vir a ser exploradas no futuro. Os resultados experimentais foram realizados recorrendo a várias configurações eletrónicas e para várias condicionantes do tráfego. Esses resultados foram trabalhados através do programa computacional MATLAB. Na avaliação da rentabilidade da operação foram realizadas contagens a fim de se obter o volume de tráfego na localização do sistema na fase piloto para realizar uma análise de custos e benefícios. Todas as conclusões apresentadas na presente dissertação basearam-se nos resultados experimentais

The main objective of this dissertation was to study the Waydip system during its implementation in the city of Covilhã. To achieve the proposed goal, the following tasks were performed: a review of all energy generation techniques associated with transport infrastructure engineering; the explanation of the operation of the Waynergy Vehicles technology of Waydip; an analysis of the experimental results; the study of coatings for the modules surface; an analysis of the location of the system in the pilot phase (taking into account the location of collective equipment, road hierarchy, and evaluation of the profitability of the operation); a schedule of construction works during the system implementation in the pilot phase; and finally, the potential of the system under study that may come to be explored in the future. The experimental results were conducted using several electronic configurations and for several traffic conditions. These results were worked through the computer program MATLAB. In the evaluation of profitability of the operation, traffic counts were performed in order to obtain the volume of traffic on the system location in the pilot phase to perform an analysis of costs and benefits. All conclusions presented in this dissertation were based on experimental results
