RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO, DESENVOLVIDO NA ESCOLA BÁSICA COM PRÉ-ESCOLAR BARTOLOMEU PERESTRELO NO ANO LETIVO 2022/2023 COMPREENDER AS DECISÕES DE INTERVENÇÃO DOCENTE PARA A QUALIDADE EDUCATIVA

Abstract

O Relatório de Estágio, determina a última etapa de estudos, surgindo no plano de estudos do segundo ano de Mestrado de Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física, da Universidade de Coimbra. Apresenta uma reflexão crítica e fundamentada em bibliografia científica acerca do Estágio Pedagógico realizado através de uma prática pedagógica supervisionada, pelo orientador científico e o orientador cooperante da escola. Esta fase de estudos é crucial para os estagiários crescerem a nível profissional, pois, é nela que buscam aplicar no terreno todo o conhecimento adquirido ao longo de toda a sua formação académica. O estágio pedagógico foi concretizado na Escola Básica com Pré-Escolar Bartolomeu Perestrelo, no ano letivo 2022/2023, através do acompanhamento da turma 1 do 8º ano de escolaridade. O presente documento encontra-se dividido em três grandes capítulos. No primeiro capítulo encontramos uma contextualização do meio onde trabalhamos ao longo do ano letivo. No segundo deparamos com uma análise crítica e reflexiva sobre a nossa prática pedagógica. Já no terceiro e último capítulo, encontramos de forma pormenorizada o trabalho de investigação do tema problema intitulado “Compreender as decisões de intervenção docente para a qualidade educativa”, que pretende averiguar as boas práticas pedagógicas dos professores através da comparação da perceção dos mesmos e respetivos alunos acerca da sua intervenção pedagógico.

The Teacher Training Report, is characterized as the last stage of studies, appearing in the study plan of the second year of the master’s degree in teaching physical education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education, at the University of Coimbra.It presents a critical reflection based on scientific bibliography about the Pedagogical Internship carried out through a supervised pedagogical practice, by the scientific advisor and the cooperative advisor of the school. It is at this stage that trainees try to put into practice all the knowledge acquired during their academic training, which is fundamental for them to grow professionally. The teacher training was carried out at Elementary School with Preschool Bartolomeu Perestrelo, in the academic year 2022/2023, through the monitoring of class 1 of the 8th grade.The document is divided into three major chapters. The first chapter describes the life story, the initial expectations, and the characterization of the context (class and school). In the second chapter there reflects the entire pedagogical practice, the organization and management activities, the projects and partnerships developed and the ethical-professional attitude. In the third and final chapter, the research work on the problem theme entitled “Understanding teacher intervention decisions for educational quality” is presented in depth, where we intend to investigate the good pedagogical practices of teachers through the comparison of their perception and respective students about their pedagogical intervention.
