Desenvolvimento de Módulos de Gestão de apoio ao utilizador

Abstract

CbRetail é um software de retalho que está em atual crescimento, pelo que sofre frequentes atualizações. Com o objetivo de atribuir um maior nível de autonomia aos seus utilizadores, foi planeada a implementação de vários módulos que permitem a execução de uma gama mais ampla de tarefas dentro do software CbRetail, de modo a agilizar o trabalho dos utilizadores.Dentro dos módulos a desenvolver, destaca-se um módulo que efetua a comunicação de dados ao Portal das Finanças, como o ficheiro SAF-T, séries de faturação e documentos de transporte. Este módulo é o que requer mais esforço, e, portanto, a maior quantidade de tempo durante o período de estágio foi dedicada ao seu desenvolvimento. Isto incluiu a criação de um projeto completamente novo denominado Ciberbit.InterOp.AT que se dedica ao envio dos dados às Finanças e que se pretende integrar com CbRetail.O presente documento visa expor todo o processo de engenharia de software efetuado ao longo do estágio para o desenvolvimento dos novos módulos, o que inclui:• Investigação e estudos efetuados, que serão apresentados no Estado da Arte;• Levantamento de Requisitos;• Processo de Implementação;• Testes de Qualidade;• Planeamento de tarefas.Adicionalmente, serão apresentados aspetos específicos à experiência de estágio na introdução, que salienta o enquadramento geral, os objetivos e a metodologia utilizada. No fim do documento, também serão apresentados problemas e implicações sentidas durante os semestres, terminando com uma conclusão sobre o trabalho realizado, que contém uma reflexão pessoal.

CbRetail is a retail software that's currently growing, which is why it suffers frequent updates. With the objective of giving its users a higher level of autonomy, the implementation of various modules that allow for the execution of a wider range of tasks within the software was planned. This would allow for the users' job to be streamlined.Amongst the planned modules, a certain one stands out that allows for the communication of data to the Finances. Particularly, it allows for the communication of SAF-T, series and transport documents. This module requires more effort than the rest, and as such, the majority of time spent during the internship period was dedicated to its development. This includes the development of a completely new project named Ciberbit.InterOp.AT, which focuses on the transmittion of data to the Finances. After its development, this project is planned to be integrated with CbRetail.The current document intends to present the entire software engineering process that gave life to the modules developed along the internship, which includes:• Investigation and studies made, which will be presented in the State of the Art;• Requirements gathering;• Implementation process;• Quality testing;• Planning of tasks.Aditionally, certain aspects of the internship experience will be presented in the introduction, which focuses on an overview, the objectives and the methodology used. At the end of the document, problems felt during the semesters will be presented as well, and the document will end with a conclusion about the work accomplished during the internship and a personal reflection.
