partindo da premissa de que o aludido direito humano sofre um deficit
de efetividade quando se depara com contextos de crise, voltando olhar
para um componente bastante sensível de sua constituição: a educação. Na
primeira parte, expõe-se a necessidade de uma afirmação não retórica do
direito ao desenvolvimento. Segue-se explorando a educação inclusiva, equitativa
e de qualidade como objetivo de desenvolvimento sustentável (ODS)
e asseverando-se a importância da adoção de políticas para a sua implementação.
Passa-se, oportunamente, a se realizar estudo de caso acerca da
proposição legislativa “Escola Sem Partido”, com base em seu conteúdo e
justificativa. Por conseguinte, ponderam-se perspectivas sobre a temática e
posiciona-se no sentido de que o esvaziamento do direito ao desenvolvimento,
a partir da violação à garantia de um ensino democrático e pluralista,
assevera um estado de crise. This article aim is to reflect on the right to development, starting from the premise that this human right suffers a deficit of effectiveness when faced with contexts of crisis, returning to look at a very sensitive component of its constitution: the education. In the first part, it’s exposed the need for a non-rhetorical affirmation of the right to development. It’s follows to exploring the inclusive, equitable and quality education as a sustainable development objective and it’s asserted the importance of adopting policies for its implementation. We pass on, in due course, to make a study case on legislative proposal “School Without Party”, from the analysis of its content and justification. Therefore, perspectives on the subject are considered and it is takes the view that the emptying of the right to development encourages a state of crisis, by the violation of the guarantee of a pluralistic and democratic teaching. |
