URBANISMO SOCIAL E ZONEAMENTO INCLUSIVO COMO FERRAMENTAS DE TRANSFORMAÇÃO SOCIAL COM BASE NO PRINCÍPIO DA SUSTENTABILIDADE SOCIAL – ODS 11

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho de investigação acadêmico é estruturar, esquematizar um raciocínio central focado em sustentar o planejamento urbano, como uma vigorosa ferramenta de transformação, que ultrapassa unicamente a questão social, nomeadamente desigualdades de modo geral, visto que dentre as outras centenas de mazelas que atingem não somente as comunidades, cidades, localizadas em países subdesenvolvidos ou em desenvolvimento, aqui serão suscitadas questões pertinentes a todos nós, como cidadãos, pessoas, tendo em conta que, para chegar ao cerne objeto desta investigação, passaremos pelas vertentes, econômicas, sociais, ambientais climáticas, princípios, conceitos, ou seja, questões fulcrais também aos países desenvolvidos, também chamados de primeiro mundo. Esta trabalho científico, têm como um dos principais pontos de partida os objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável – ODS´s da ONU, nomeadamente o ODS-11, que trata a questão das comunidades e cidades sustentáveis, os objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável são 17 no total, estes objetivos integram a agenda da ONU e tem por condão promover mudanças de impacto positivo no mundo, por meio de seus 193 Estados-Membros, tendo o ano de 2030 como prazo derradeiro, para tal. Estes objetivos foram traçados buscando cessar as principais moléstias do mundo, ou seja, objetiva erradicar a pobreza, a proteção do meio ambiente e a mitigação das mudanças climáticas.Aqui a proposta principal, é sugestionar unidade, considerando que muito embora sejamos seres únicos, no sentido de sermos dotados de características singulares, DNA exclusivamente nossos, possuímos experiências, vivências, crenças ou não, que podem e devem ser partilhados, misturados, pois, no decorrer desta investigação, aprofundaremos nosso debate no tocante a questão da diversidade, buscando sustentar que a pluralidade é também uma pulsante forma de transformação social, na busca por agregar pessoas, comunidades, nações.

The objective of this academic research work is to structure, outline a central reasoning focused on sustaining urban planning, as a vigorous tool of transformation, which goes beyond only the social issue, namely inequalities in general, since among the hundreds of other ills that reach not only communities, cities, located in underdeveloped or developing countries, relevant questions will be raised here for all of us, as citizens, people, taking into account that, to get to the core object of this investigation, we will go through the aspects, economic, social, environmental climate, principles, concepts, that is, issues that are also central to developed countries, also called the first world. This scientific work has as one of the main starting points sustainable development goals ODS´s ONU, namely the ODS-11, which deals the issue of sustainable communities and cities, the sustainable development goals are 17 in total, these objectives are part the ONU agenda and are intended to promote changes with a positive impact on the world, through its 193 Member States, with the year 2030 as the final deadline for this. These objectives were traced seeking to end the main diseases of the world, that is, it aims to eradicate poverty, protect the environment and mitigate climate change. Here, the main proposal is to suggest unity, considering that even though we are unique beings, in the sense that we are endowed with unique characteristics, our DNA, we have experiences, beliefs or not, which can and should be shared, mixed, therefore, in the course of this investigation, we will deepen our debate regarding the issue of diversity, seeking to maintain that plurality is also a pulsating form of social transformation, in the search for bringing together people, communities, and nations.
