Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico Desenvolvido na Escola Secundária das Laranjeiras Junto da Turma da 7ºB no Ano Letivo 2021/2022. Análise da associação em provas de aptidão física e da avaliação quantitativa do 3º ciclo do género feminino da Escola Secundária das Laranjeiras no ano letivo 2021/2022

Abstract

Este relatório de estágio é um documento produzido com o intuito de relatar todo o nosso processo desenvolvido ao longo da unidade curricular Estágio Pedagógico, do MEEFEBS da FCDEF-UC, desenvolvido na Escola Secundária das Laranjeiras, junto da turma B do 7º ano de escolaridade do ano letivo 2021/2022. Neste documento constam todas as ações e tarefas desenvolvidas de forma reflexiva e fundamentada, que por fim, encerram uma etapa importante no capítulo de um docente prestes a iniciar a sua carreira. A estrutura do presente documento segue-se com a lógica das quatro áreas, nomeadamente a Área 1 – Atividades de Ensino-Aprendizagem; Área 2 – Organização e Gestão Escolar; Área 3 – Projetos e Parcerias Educativas; Área 4 – Atitude Ético-Profissional. Ainda possui o aprofundamento do tema-problema, onde é realizado um estudo que procura avaliar em alunos do género feminino a associação das provas de aptidão física e a classificação nas restantes disciplinas que concerne o currículo, com o objetivo de analisar se os alunos que tiram os melhores resultados nos protocolos da bateria de testes Fitescola, são também os que têm melhor aproveitamento às restantes disciplinas. Neste estudo, verificamos a existência de correlações entre as avaliações globais das disciplinas do currículo e os diferentes testes Fitescola. Contudo, na diferença de cada um dos testes Fitescola entre cada semestre e na diferença das avaliações entre ambos os semestres, verificou-se correlações entre o teste de abdominais e o teste de flexões, entre o teste de flexões e o teste cardiorrespiratório Luc Léger e entre o teste de abdominais e o teste cardiorrespiratório Luc Léger. Em suma, o Estágio Pedagógico promoveu uma experiência enriquecedora ao longo do ano letivo 2021/2022 de forma a elevar o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional como futuros professores da área de EF. Para que isto fosse possível, foi necessário procurar informação com base na evidência científica mais recente, bem como através da experiência de profissionais da área. Assim, o culminar desta etapa, visa o início da carreira profissional para a qual esperamos estar à altura dos desafios, sabendo que o ser professor é um processo inacabado, estando em constante aprendizagem ao longo da sua vida.

This internship report is a document produced with the aim of reporting our entire process developed throughout the curricular unit Pedagogical Internship, from MEEFEBS of FCDEF-UC, developed at Escola Secundária das Laranjeiras, with class B of the 7th year of schooling academic year 2021/2022. This document contains all the actions and tasks developed in a reflective and reasoned manner, which, finally, close an important stage in the chapter of a teacher about to start his career.The structure of this document follows the logic of the four areas, namely Area 1 – Teaching-Learning Activities; Area 2 – School Organization and Management; Area 3 – Educational Projects and Partnerships; Area 4 – Ethical-Professional Attitude. It still has the deepening of the theme-problem, where a study is carried out that seeks to evaluate in female students the association of physical aptitude tests and the classification in the remaining subjects that concern the curriculum, with the objective of analyzing if the students who take the best results in the Fitescola test battery protocols are also the ones that have the best use in the other subjects. In this study, we verified the existence of correlations between the global assessments of the subjects of the curriculum and the different Fitescola tests. However, in the difference of each one of the Fitescola tests between each semester and in the difference of the evaluations between both semesters, correlations were verified between the abdominal test and the push-up test, between the push-up test and the Luc Léger cardiorespiratory test and between the sit-up test and the Luc Léger cardiorespiratory test.In summary, the Pedagogical Internship promoted an enriching experience throughout the 2021/2022 school year in order to enhance personal and professional development as future PE teachers. For this to be possible, it was necessary to seek information based on the most recent scientific evidence, as well as through the experience of professionals in the area. Thus, the culmination of this stage, aims at the beginning of the professional career for which we hope to be up to the challenges, knowing that being a teacher is an unfinished process, being in constant learning throughout your life.
