RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NA ESCOLA BÁSICA E SECUNDÁRIA QUINTA DAS FLORES, JUNTO DA TURMA DO 10ºD NO ANO LETIVO DE 2021/2022. A PERCEÇÃO DOS ALUNOS, PROFESSOR ESTAGIÁRIO E PROFESSOR ORIENTADOR SOBRE A INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA DO PRODESSOR ESTAGIÁRIO NAS AULAS DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Abstract

This internship report aims to conduct a reflective analysis of the Pedagogical Internship, in which, through a teaching practice supervised by the cooperating teacher, the student teacher had the possibility of putting into practice the knowledge acquired throughout his academic path. The Pedagogical Internship represents the last stage to the conclusion of the Master’s in Physical Education Teaching Training in the Elementary and Secondary levels, from the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra. The Pedagogical Internship took place in the Elementary and Secondary School Quinta das Flores, with the 10th grade class D of the Scientific-Humanistic and Visual arts course, in the school year of 2021/2022. This study will present and reflect upon the processes and activities conducted throughout the internship.This document is divided into three main chapters: a contextualization of the practice, a reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice and, lastly, an in-depth analysis of the problem-theme. The first chapter approaches the story of life and characterizes the overall context. The second chapter focuses on the several stages of the Pedagogical Internship, such as the activities related to teaching-apprentice, organization and school management, projects, educational partnerships, and ethic-professional actions. In the third and last chapter, we conduct a thorough analysis of the main theme-problem, entitled “The perception of the students, student teacher and cooperating teacher of the student teacher’s pedagogical intervention in the Physical Education class”. With this study, we were able to reflect not only on the pedagogical intervention but also in the strategies that could improve it. As such, we have verified that there was an improvement in the intervenient’s perception from the first moment to the second moment in respect to the student teacher’s pedagogical intervention, in the dimensions “Instruction”, “Planning and Organization”, “Pedagogical Relationship”, “Discipline” and “Evaluation”, with a higher convergence of perceptions being between the student teacher and the supervisor teacher.

O presente Relatório de Estágio visa uma análise reflexiva sobre todo o Estágio Pedagógico, onde através de uma prática docente supervisionada, o professor estagiário teve a possibilidade de colocar em prática todos os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo da sua formação académica. Assim, o Estágio Pedagógico representa a última etapa para a conclusão do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, realizado na Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. O Estágio Pedagógico foi desenvolvido na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores, junto da turma D do 10º ano de escolaridade do Curso Científico-Humanístico de Artes Visuais, no decorrer do ano letivo 2021/2022. Desta forma, pretendemos apresentar e refletir sobre os processos e atividades realizadas no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico. O presente documento está dividido em três capítulos: a contextualização da prática desenvolvida, a análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica e por último, o aprofundamento do tema problema. O primeiro capítulo aborda a história de vida e a caraterização do contexto. O segundo capítulo está relacionado com as várias áreas do Estágio Pedagógico, tais como as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, as atividades de organização e gestão escolar, os projetos e parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional. No terceiro e último capítulo aprofundamos o tema problema, denominado de “A perceção dos alunos, professor estagiário e professor orientador sobre a intervenção pedagógica do estagiário na aula de Educação Física”, onde através da realização deste estudo pudemos refletir sobre a nossa intervenção pedagógica, bem como definir estratégias que melhorassem a mesma. Assim, verificámos que existiu um aumento das perceções em relação à intervenção pedagógica do professor estagiário do primeiro para o segundo momento, nas dimensões “Instrução”, “Planeamento e Organização”, “Relação Pedagógica”, “Disciplina” e “Avaliação”, revelando uma maior convergência de perceções entre professor estagiário e professor orientador.
