AUTOEFICÁCIA DE ESTAGIÁRIOS DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NA LECIONAÇÃO A ALUNOS COM DEFICIÊNCIA Estudo comparativo entre o início e o final do estágio pedagógico

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio insere-se no plano de estudos do Mestrado em Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário que se traduz, essencialmente, na descrição, análise crítica e posterior reflexão sobre os processos estudados e desenvolvidos, bem como das ações e intervenções pedagógicas implementadas, nas diferentes fases deste estágio, representado pela transição dos conhecimentos e experiências adquiridas, observando a transformação crescente da função de estudante para a de professor/a, resultando desta forma na obtenção de uma formação académica e profissional.Este relatório representa a conclusão do mestrado e o culminar do processo de ensino-aprendizagem desenvolvido no estágio pedagógico, que consiste no saber transmitido e nas estratégias de ensino aplicadas de acordo com as decisões tomadas. Este estágio pedagógico foi desenvolvido na Escola Secundária de Avelar Brotero, em Coimbra, junto primeiramente da turma do Curso Profissional Técnico de Gestão e Programação de Sistemas Informáticos do 12ºano e seguidamente da turma 1B e da turma 1D do Curso Científico-Tecnológico do 10ºano e 11ºano.Estruturalmente, este documento encontra-se subdividido em três capítulos: o primeiro referente à caracterização do contexto da prática pedagógica; o segundo repartido em quatro áreas de atuação: as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem (planeamento de ensino, condução de ensino, realização e avaliação), as atividades de organização e gestão escolar (assessorar um cargo de gestão intermédia, os projetos e parcerias educativas (organização de atividades para a comunidade escolar) e a atitude ética-profissional. Por fim, o terceiro capítulo corresponde ao aprofundamento do tema-problema desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo, intitulado de “Autoeficácia de Estagiários de Educação Física na lecionação a alunos com deficiência: estudo comparativo entre o início e o final do estágio pedagógico”.

This teacher training report is part of the study plan of the Master's Degree in Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, which is essentially a description, critical analysis and subsequent reflection on the processes studied and developed, as well as the pedagogical actions and interventions implemented in the different stages of this internship. It represents the transition from the knowledge and experience acquired during the four years of study to practical action in the real context, observing the increasing transformation from the role of student to that of teacher, thus resulting in the achievement of academic and professional training.This report represents the conclusion of the master's degree and the culmination of the teaching-learning process developed in the pedagogical internship, consisting of the knowledge transmitted and the teaching strategies applied according to the decisions taken. The Teacher Training was developed at Avelar Brotero High School, in Coimbra, with first the class of the 12th grade of the Technical Professional Course of Management and Programming of Computer Systems, and then with the class 1B and 1D of the 10th and 11th grade of the Scientific-Technological Course, respectively. Structurally, this document is divided into three chapters: the first refers to the characterization of the context of pedagogical practice; the second is divided into four areas of action: the teaching-learning activities (planning of teaching, conduct of teaching, implementation and evaluation), the school organization and management activities (advising a middle management position, projects and educational partnerships (organization of activities for the school community) and the ethical-professional attitude. Finally, the third one corresponds to the deepening of the theme-problem developed throughout the school year, entitled "The comparison of self-efficacy at the beginning and at the end of the Pedagogical Internship of teacher trainees regarding the integration of students with Special Educational Needs in the class".
