A escola: os primeiros passos

Abstract

O presente relatório simboliza a última etapa do Mestrado em Ensino da Matemática do 3.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e Secundário e destina-se à fiel descrição de todo o trabalho do estágio pedagógico realizado ao longo do ano letivo de 2012/2013 na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores, em Coimbra. O núcleo de estágio desta Escola, constituído pelo professor cooperante Doutor José Carlos Balsa e pelas professoras estagiárias Helena Alves, Maria João Santos e Tânia Lopes, desenvolveu a sua prática letiva no nível secundário, nomeadamente no 10.º ano de escolaridade da área de Matemática A e no 11.º ano de escolaridade da área de humanidades, Matemática Aplicada às Ciências Sociais, 2.º ano. Nesta exposição documento as tarefas realizadas ao longo do ano no âmbito do estágio pedagógico, apresentando-as cronologicamente, de acordo com a ordem pela qual tomei contato com as mesmas. Entendo que todos os trabalhos que executei são igualmente valiosos e importantes para o meu crescimento individual e profissional. Inicialmente irei fazer a sua descrição e posteriormente a sua reflexão. Nas notas introdutórias irei caraterizar a Escola com que lidei, passando, numa segunda fase, para a descrição dos trabalhos que desenvolvi, como as planificações e lecionações de aulas, perfil dos alunos das turmas, participações em atividades do Grupo Disciplinar de Matemática e em atividades de enriquecimento curricular, interação com a Comunidade Escolar, entre outras. Termino apresentando as reflexões sobre tudo o que vivi e aprendi neste ano letivo.

This report symbolizes the last phase of the Master´s Degree in Teaching Mathematics of the 3rd Cycle of Elementary and High Education and is intended for the faithful description of all the pedagogical internship work conducted over the school year 2012/2013 at the Elementary and High School of “Quinta das Flores”, in Coimbra. The nucleus of internship of this School, composed by the cooperating teacher José Carlos Balsa D.D. and the trainee teachers Helena Alves, Maria João Santos and Tania Lopes, developed his teaching practice at the high level, namely the 10 th year of schooling in the area of Mathematics A and the 11th year of schooling in the area of humanities, Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences, 2d year of schooling. In this exposition I document the tasks performed throughout the year in the teaching practice, by presenting them chronologically, according to the order in which I made contact with them. I understand that all the works that I performed are equally valuable and important to my individual and professional growth. Initially I will make their description and then its reflection. In the introductory notes I will characterize the school I dealt with it, passing, in a second phase, to describe the works that I developed, such as the lesson plans and teaching, the profile of the students in the classes, the participation in activities of the Group Discipline of Mathematics and activities of curriculum enrichment, the interaction with the school community, among others. I conclude by presenting the considerations upon everything I lived and learned in this school year.
