FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NO INSTITUTO PÚBLICO: ATIVIDADES DESENVOLVIDAS NO CENTRO DE EMPREGO E FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL DE COIMBRA

Abstract

Adult Education and Training is an area that has the ability to shape and change the posture of society. It has its own identity and is also capable of changing the way people relate, both with the labor market, in friendship circles and in society in general.Vocational Training lacks many specificities, from its origin to execution and monitoring. The planning of the training activity must comply with a series of strategies and alignments foreseen in their molds and contexts.One of the elements of the pedagogical team that enables the correct and logical follow-up of professional training is the Pedagogical Coordinator, who is responsible for a series of procedures that will successfully determine the positive execution of the training actions.This report seeks to describe the work that was developed over 9 months within the curricular internship, related to the second year of the Master in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, which was carried out at the Centro de Professional Training of Pedrulha in Coimbra, which is in the area of professional training.In this report we can find the characterization and institutional framework of the Professional Training Center of Coimbra. Subsequently, a conceptual, theoretical and legal framework for training in Portugal and Europe. Next, we have the chapters that concern the activities carried out at the Institute, containing their description, analysis and mode of execution. At the end we will find some considerations about the internship.

A Educação e Formação de Adultos é uma área que tem a capacidade de moldar e alterar a forma e postura da sociedade. Esta possui a sua própria identidade e tem capacidade de alterar também o modo como as pessoas se relacionam, tanto com o mercado de trabalho, como nos círculos de amizade e na sociedade em geral.A Formação Profissional carece de muitas especificidades, desde a sua origem até à execução e acompanhamento. A Planificação da atividade formativa deverá obedecer a uma série de estratégias e alinhamentos previstos nos seus moldes e contextos. Um dos elementos da equipa pedagógica que possibilita o acompanhamento correto e lógico da formação profissional é o Coordenador Pedagógico, este é responsável por uma série de procedimentos que irão determinar com êxito a execução positiva das ações de formação.O presente relatório procura descrever o trabalho que foi desenvolvido ao longo de 9 meses no âmbito do estágio curricular, relativo ao segundo ano do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação na Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, que foi realizado no Centro de Formação Profissional da Pedrulha em Coimbra, que se encontra na área da formação profissional.No presente relatório poderemos encontrar a caracterização e enquadramento institucional do Centro de Formação Profissional de Coimbra. Posteriormente, um enquadramento conceitual, teórico e legal da formação em Portugal e na Europa. De seguida temos os capítulos que dizem respeito às atividades realizadas no Instituto, contendo a sua descrição, análise e modo de execução. No final encontraremos algumas considerações sobre o estágio.
