It is believed that its practice leads to greater mobilization and recruitment of progenitor endothelial cells and extracellular vesicles, which condition a better response capacity in the occurrence of endothelial damage, through neovascularization and angiogenesis processes, helping in the recovery and maintenance of endothelial integrity. This narrative review had a broad-based bibliographic research strategy, in order to search for articles that evidenced a relationship between the practice of physical exercise and increased circulating levels of these substances in patients with cardiovascular pathology. It was concluded that there is, in fact, an increase in the values of these substances in peripheral blood due to the practice of physical activity, improving the outcome of cardiovascular patients. . . |
