Abstract

No ramo da advocacia, uma gestão rigorosa e focada é fundamental, pois são inúmeras as tarefas a realizar, e há uma grande quantidade de informações a reter, tornando-se cada vez mais difícil manter toda a informação em papel. A KAMAE tem como principal objetivo, facilitar o dia-a-dia dos profissionais deste ramo, oferecendo uma vasta gama de produtos de software que visam ajudar em toda a gestão dentro de escritórios de advogados. Com vista a alcançar a internacionalização ao nível mundial, esta empresa encontra-se a desenvolver um serviço cloud, o S4L (Solutions For Lawyers), que atualmente se encontra já em fase beta, estando a ser utilizada em ambientes reais. No entanto, há ainda um longo caminho a percorrer, havendo a necessidade de implementar componentes vitais ao sucesso da solução oferecida.Foi com o objetivo de completar o S4L que surgiu o estágio apresentado neste documento. Sendo que, foram atribuídas à estagiária, as tarefas de planear e implementar o backoffice de cliente e ainda completar o backoffice KAMAE, este último já numa fase avançada de implementação, passando também pelo levantamento dos requisitos em falta. O presente documento descreve e demonstra o trabalho realizado, ao longo do estágio, descrevendo todo o planeamento, realizado numa primeira fase do estágio, e ainda demonstrando e justificando a fase de implementação e todas as decisões que foram tomadas durante esta fase. Este estágio decorreu num ambiente empresarial, e com recurso a uma metodologia de gestão ágil, o SCRUM. É espectável, que após leitura deste documento, o leitor entenda todo o trabalho que foi realizado pela estagiária e quais as sua motivações, assim como todo o percurso percorrido e desafios encontrados até ao término deste estágio.

In the law business, tight and focused management is fundamental, because there are many tasks to perform and a lot of information to retain, making it dificult to keep all the data on paper.KAMAE’s main goal is to facillitate the day-by-day of the professionals of this field, offering a wide range of software solutions that aim to help the management of the law firms to make better decisions. In order to achieve globalization, this company is developing a cloud service, the S4L (Solutions For Lawyers), which is currently in beta, being used in real environments. However, there is still a long way to go, with the need to implement critical components to the success of the solution.The internship came to live aligned with the need of finishing the S4L solution. Given that, the trainee was assigned the tasks of planning and implementing the client backoffice and also help with the implementation of the KAMAE backoffice, already in an advanced phase of implementations. This document describes the work done during the internship, showing all the planning produced in a first stage, and still demonstrating and justifying the implementation and all decisions taken during the second stage. This internship was conducted in a business environment, and using an agile management methodology. It is also expected that after reading this document, the reader will be able to understand all the work that was done by the trainee and what motivations, as well as the entire journey and challenges encountered until the end of this internship.
