Relatório de estágio pedagógico, desenvolvido na Escola Básica nº2 de São Bernardo, junto da turma I do 7º ano, no ano letivo de 2020/2021

Abstract

O presente documento, Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico, visa a análise reflexiva sobre a Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada em Educação Física, realizada na Escola Básica Nº2 de São Bernardo, do Agrupamento de Escolas José Estêvão, junto da turma I do 7ºano de escolaridade, no ano letivo 2020/2021. Enquadra-se no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, realizado na Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra.Ao longo do presente documento, conseguimos observar a existência de três capítulos nos quais descrevemos e refletimos os temas intrinsecamente ligados ao Estágio Pedagógico. O primeiro capítulo é alusivo à contextualização da prática desenvolvida, composto pelas expectativas iniciais e pela caracterização do contexto. O segundo capítulo diz respeito à análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, no qual realizamos uma reflexão aprofundada sobre as várias áreas integrantes do Estágio Pedagógico, nomeadamente as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, a organização e gestão escolar, os projetos e parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional. No presente capítulo, detalhamos ainda todas as decisões tomadas, para enfrentar as novidades do ensino à distância. No terceiro e último capítulo, abordamos o desenvolvimento do Tema-Problema, designado “Perceção de estagiários e respetivos alunos e orientadores, sobre a intervenção pedagógica no contexto da aula de educação física”. Ao desenvolver este estudo, pretendemos analisar e refletir se a perceção dos alunos e do professor orientador, quanto à prática pedagógica dos professores estagiários, vai de encontro à sua auto perceção, verificando as suas concordâncias e discordâncias. Como principais conclusões realçamos que a reflexão, a implementação de estratégias e o aumento da experiência foram fatores preponderantes na evolução da prática pedagógica do professor estagiário, uma vez que conseguimos observar que do momento um para o momento dois existiu um aumento positivo da perceção de todos os intervenientes, nas cinco dimensões.

This document, Teacher Training Report, aims at reflective analysis on Supervised Pedagogical Practice in Physical Education, held at Basic School Nº2 of São Bernardo, from the José Estêvão School Group, along with the class I of the 7th year of schooling, in the school year 2020/2021. It fits into the Master in Physical Education Teaching of Basic and Secondary Education, held at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra.Throughout this document, we observed three chapters describing and reflecting the themes intrinsically linked to the Pedagogical Internship. The first chapter is allusive to the contextualization of the developed practice, composed of the initial expectations and the characterization of the context. The second chapter concerns the reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice. We carry out an in-depth reflection on the various areas of the Teacher Training, namely the teaching-learning activities, the school organization and management of the educational projects, and partnerships and the attitude ethical-professional. In this chapter, we also detail all the adaptations made to face the novelties of distance learning. In the third and last chapter, we discuss the development of the Problem-Theme, called “Perception of trainees and their students and advisors, about pedagogical intervention in the context of physical education class.” In developing this study, we intend to analyze and reflect on whether the perception of the students and the guiding teacher regarding the pedagogical practice of the trainee teachers goes against their self-perception, checking their agreement and disagreement. As main conclusions, we emphasize that the reflection, the implementation of strategies, and the increase of the experience were preponderant factors in the evolution of the pedagogical practice of the trainee teacher since we were able to observe that from moment one to moment two, there was a positive increase in the perception of all the actors, in the five dimensions.
