Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico Desenvolvido na Escola Secundária da Lousã, junto da turma do 10ºD, no Ano Letivo 2020/2021

Abstract

Curricular internship carried out in the Secondary School of Lousã, being part of the core of sport 10 teachers. The class that i followed throughout the scholl year was the 10ºD, and the choice came from me. During this period, we could count on the help of the guidance teacher João Moreira.For the class in question we had to plan in detail the work to be done throughout the internship, so we built the annual plan with the didactic units and lesson plans, thus ensuring a pedagogical progression and student learning. In relation to the class and its development, this was only possible to verify through the creation of assessment instruments, namely, the diagnostic assessment, the formative assessment and the summative assessment, carried out at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of each didactic unit.These assessment instruments served as a support to analyse our performance as we could check if the contents we wanted to transmit were really being assimilated.With regard to activities, it was not possible to organise any events as the two that were planned, the Cross-country race and Mega Sprinter, had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it was possible to organise the Solidarity Walk and Keep Active.To finish, the theme-problem "Formal game versus reduced game" was carried out, trying to understand the heart rate variation through the manipulation of the number of elements in the field, as well as its dimension.It should be noted that all the tasks requested in the internship regulations were fully accomplished.

O Estágio Curricular foi realizado na Escola Secundária da Lousã, fazendo parte do núcleo de desporto 10 professores. A turma que acompanhei durante todo o ano letivo foi o 10ºD, tendo a escolha partido da minha parte. No decorrer deste período contamos com o auxílio do professor orientador João Moreira.Para a turma em questão tivemos de planificar detalhadamente o trabalho a realizar ao longo do Estágio, pelo que foi construído o plano anual com as unidades didáticas e planos de aula, garantido assim uma progressão pedagógica e uma aprendizagem dos alunos. Relativamente à turma e ao seu desenvolvimento, este apenas foi possível de verificar através de criação de instrumentos de avaliação nomeadamente, a avaliação diagnostica, a avaliação formativa e a avaliação sumativa, realizadas no inicio, a meio e no fim de cada unidade didática.Estes instrumentos de avaliação serviram de suporte para a análise do nosso rendimento pois pudemos verificar se os conteúdos que queríamos transmitir estavam realmente a ser assimilados.Relativamente às atividades, não foi possível organizar qualquer evento pois os dois que estavam programados - o Corta-Mato escolar e o Mega Sprinter - tiveram de ser cancelados devido à pandemia COVID-19. Contudo, foi possível elaborar a Caminhada Solidária e o Mantem-te Ativo.Para finalizar, foi realizado o tema-problema " Jogo formal versus jogo reduzido" procurando perceber a variação da frequência cardíaca através da manipulação do numero de elementos em campo, tal como a dimensão do mesmo.É de salientar que foram cumpridas na íntegra todas as tarefas solicitadas previstas no regulamento de estágio.
