Women's soccer has grown exponentially over the past few years. In Portugal, the number of under-19 athletes enrolled in the 2018/2019 season was approximately four times higher than the number of senior athletes. The present study aimed to outline an activity profile in senior and under-19 female soccer athletes, taking into account their participation in official and national competitions of the Portuguese Football Federation. The study sample consisted of 30 female soccer athletes, establishing two groups according to the age group (under-19 and seniors). Anthropometry of the whole body was performed and six official games were analyzed using the GPS System (Global Position System). The results showed that: (1) the distance values were higher in the senior level; (2) the younger athletes covered greater distances in the speed Z5 (> 24 km / h); (3) the level of performance in the first part of the game was always superior in all variables and, (4) the players in the midfield are those who travel the greatest total distances. The conclusions of the study allowed us to obtain values of activity profile for players of both levels, but who regularly play together, given the recurring use of juniors in the senior championships of the Portuguese Football Federation. The results showed differences when comparing the under-19 and senior levels and this leads to the fact that there is a high number of athletes from younger ages rising to play on older ages, raising a series of questions in terms of requirements and the structure and organization of competitions in the women's category.
