The present work attempts to analyze the state of the art of Team Learning, in the period between 2010 and 2020, through a bibliometric analysis. In order to access the most significant papers on the topic, we proceeded to a keyword search, with a total of 570 publications, using the SSCI and ESCI databases, incorporated in the Web of Science databases and the maps of bibliometric connections of the computer software VOSviewer. The results reveal an increase in the number of publications over the period of analysis, with the majority of publications being empirical works. We also identified the authors and reference articles in the investigation of team learning, the journals and the countries that published the most and the themes and variables most related to team learning. Subsequently, we carried out a content analysis of 19 publications, selected from the sample collected in the previous step, which allowed us to analyze the aspects most mentioned in the definition of team learning, the techniques used in these papers, as well as the variables that have been mostly related to the topic. Finally, we analyzed the evolution of the concept of team learning based on Reichers & Schneider's Concept Evolution Model, from 1990. Given the results obtained in the analysis we carried out, we consider that the concept of team learning is framed in the second phase of the model, the Assessment and Elaboration phase, but in transition to the third phase of Consolidation and Accommodation.
