Abstract

O presente relatório apresenta as atividades realizadas no âmbito do estágio curricular para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências da Educação pela Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra (FPCEUC), que decorreu no Centro de Apoio Social de Pais e Amigos da Escola (CASPAE).O estágio teve início em setembro de 2018 e término em junho de 2019, tendo sido desenvolvido em duas vertentes principais: atividades de resposta às necessidades da instituição e desenvolvimento do projeto de estágio.Das atividades de resposta às necessidades da instituição destacam-se as Atividades de Enriquecimento Curricular de Iniciação à Programação e o projeto Scratch on Road, cuja intervenção se centrou maioritariamente na planificação das sessões, no desenvolvimento de atividades e na avaliação das mesmas.O projeto de estágio pretende combinar a integração das TIC no processo de ensino e aprendizagem no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, com a Educação Rodoviária promovendo nos alunos uma maior motivação e consequentemente um maior interesse pelo tema e pelas atividades desenvolvidas através da criação de materiais didáticos.Sendo a sinistralidade rodoviária um problema social de dimensão preocupante, importa, desde cedo, fomentar nas crianças a mudança de comportamentos e o desenvolvimento de uma atitude crítica face aos perigos do ambiente rodoviário. Assim foi desenvolvida uma intervenção educativa com recurso ao Scratch e a outras ferramentas TIC, que visou colmatar as necessidades referidas.Para além de descrever detalhadamente as atividades mencionadas, iremos fundamentar as mesmas através da revisão da literatura elaborada e apresentar os resultados obtidos no projeto de estágio, bem como uma pequena reflexão do trabalho realizado ao longo do ano.

This report presents the activities performed in the context of the internship for the acquisition of the Masters degree of Educational Sciences by the Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra (FPCEUC), which took place in Centro de Apoio Social de Pais e Amigos da Escola (CASPAE).The internship started in September of 2018 and ended in June of 2019, envolving two key sections: activities to answer the needs of the institute and the development of the internship project.From the activities that answered the needs of the institution, we can highlight the Activities of Curricular Enrichment about Programming Initialization and the project “Scratch On Road”, whose intervention focused majorly on planning the sessions, in the development of the activities and in the evaluation of those.The internship project intends to combine the integration of Information Technologies (IT) in the process of learning and education in the primary education, with Road Safety Education, giving the students more motivation and consequently a bigger interest in the theme and in the activities developed through the creation of the learning materials.Being road fatalities a problem of social concern, it is important, at an early stage, to encourage children to change their behaviour and develop a critical attitude towards the dangers of the road environment. Thus, an educational intervention was developed using Scratch software and other ICT tools, which aimed to respond the mentioned needs.In addition to fully describing the mentioned activities, we will justify them through the revision of the elaborated literature and we will present the obtained results of the internship project, as well a small reflection about the work done throughout the year.
