Relação entre tipos de tokens e modelos de negócios em blockchain

Abstract

Com pouco mais de uma década de existência, a blockchain, uma tecnologia recente que cada vez mais ganha espaço e atenção na atualidade, pode vir a provocar disrupções em várias indústrias pelo globo. A blockchain permite que pessoas e organizações interajam e transacionem entre si diretamente e com segurança criptográfica. Essa tecnologia também possui propriedades importantes que podem agregar muito valor aos seus usuários. Assim, podem-se citar a transparência, a evidência e a auditabilidade como algumas características que tornam a blockchain ainda mais relevante. Despertada a curiosidade em melhor compreender essa tecnologia de rede distribuída ponto-a-ponto, pode-se discutir a função dos tokens neste contexto. Os tokens podem ser interpretados como representações criptográficas de ativos em blockchain. Muito embora a blockchain tenha surgido como tecnologia subjacente à criação de um token de tipo criptomoeda, hoje os tokens podem exercer e representar muitas outras funções e conferir direitos também diversos. Com a finalidade de estudar e compreender os diferentes tipos de tokens que se iniciou este trabalho, procurando perceber se existiria alguma relação entre os tipos de tokens e os modelos de negócios em blockchain. Dessa maneira, espera-se que este trabalho venha a contribuir para um melhor conhecimento sobre a tecnologia blockchain, seus tokens e a relação deles e os modelos de negócios.que podem agregar muito valor aos seus usuários. With less than a decade of existence, the blockchain, a recent technology that nowadays is increasingly gaining space and attention, might cause disruptions in several industries across the globe. Blockchain allows people and organizations to engage and make transactions among each other in a direct way with the safety of cryptography. This technology also possesses significant qualities, which can increase value for their users. In this sense, the transparency, the verifiable evidence, and its auditability can be accounted for as some of the features that make the blockchain even more relevant. Departing from curiosity and to better understand this distributed network technology, it is possible to discuss the functions of tokens in this context. We can interpret the tokens as the cryptographic representations of the assets in the blockchain itself. Although blockchain has emerged as a subjacent technology to the creation of a token of the type of cryptocurrency, today the tokens can operate and represent many other functions as well as grant diverse contractual rights. The present work developed from my aim to study and understand the different types of tokens, trying to comprehend if there is any relation between the types of tokens and the business models in blockchain.
