With constant technological developments, it is essential to innovate and guarantee the consumer a complete and engaging experience as a source of competitive differentiation. This evolution, despite presenting several challenges, provides new opportunities for the development of new marketing strategies, as is the case of Gamification. A strategy that consists of using typical components of games (such as scoring, prizes, competition ...) in different contexts than usual, with the aim of creating a new and engaging consumer experience that will lead to certain behaviors.Although it is a growing trend and there have already been large companies testing its feasibility, the literature in the field of marketing does not yet have many models that explain the strategy and the consequences that it may have with consumers. Thus, this research had as main focus to analyze the influence of this strategy in the consumers' relationship with the brand and the extent to which the perceived benefits / values are strong enough for people to feel satisfied and create love for the brand, loyalty and willingness. dissemination of the same, through word-of-mouth.Based on the analysis of several scientific articles, it was found that the indicated would be to begin the investigation to analyze the value obtained with gamification, through three distinct parameters: utilitarian, hedonic and social. And then study certain feelings and behaviors that may arise from it. To this end, a data collection was carried out through surveys made available from Google Forms, on social networks, to a sample of the population that uses this type of services. After completing the collection, we proceeded to the statistical treatment of the data obtained through the statistical software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and the analysis through the MEE (Structural Equation Model) with AMOS in order to measure the latent and study the relationship between them and thus test the formulated hypotheses. The results obtained may prove to be very useful for marketers looking for innovative ways of creating value for the customer and differentiating them in the market, as they will be able to have a sense of the impact that the strategy will have on the public. It will also be beneficial for consumers as it will help to understand which factors really add value and contribute to their satisfaction and can lead to the improvement of gamification techniques to suit their desires. The results of this study show the relevance of the different types of perceived value (be it utilitarian, hedonic and/or social) for the creation of consumer satisfaction and brand love and their influence on its loyalty and/or disclosure.eng
