Relatório de estágio desenvolvido na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores, com a turma B do 12º ano de escolaridade, no ano lectivo de 2017/2018.

Abstract

This Final Report is based on the Pedagogical Internship process developed in the 2017/2018 school year, which is included in the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education. The Masters in Physical Education Teaching of Basic and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra promotes a deepening of the Master's training through a teaching practice, oriented and supervised in a real teaching situation, in my specific case, with a high school class. This stage occurred in the Basic and Secondary School Quinta das Flores and had as reference the Guide of Pedagogical Stage of 2017/2018, which explicitly integrates general and specific objectives. Throughout the report I try to describe everything that has covered my internship, from the initial expectations and options regarding the pedagogical stage, the activities developed in the planning, realization and evaluation and also the justification of the options taken. At the level of reflection, I approach learning teaching activities with regard to learning as a trainee, commitment to student learning and innovation in pedagogical practices, difficulties and training needs, more specifically in relation to the difficulties experienced and their forms of resolution. Also presented is a problem-theme titled "Evolution of the physical condition in students who are practicing and not practicing physical exercise", applied in my class and in another two of the 12th grade, referring to colleagues belonging to the internship nucleus

Este Relatório Final tem como base o processo de Estágio Pedagógico desenvolvido no ano letivo de 2017/2018, o qual se insere no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. O Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra (FCDEF-UC) promove um aprofundamento da formação do Mestrando através de uma prática docente, orientada e supervisionada em situação real de ensino, no meu caso concreto, com uma turma do ensino secundário. Este estágio ocorreu na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores e teve como referência o Guia de Estágio Pedagógico de 2017/2018, o qual integra, de forma explícita, objetivos gerais e específicos. Ao longo do relatório tento descrever tudo o que englobou o meu estágio, desde as expectativas e opções iniciais em relação ao estágio pedagógico, as atividades desenvolvidas ao nível do planeamento, realização e avaliação e ainda a justificação das opções tomadas. Ao nível da reflexão, abordo as atividades de ensino aprendizagem no que diz respeito às aprendizagens realizadas como estagiário, ao compromisso com as aprendizagens dos alunos e à inovação nas práticas pedagógicas, às dificuldades e necessidades de formação, mais especificamente em relação às dificuldades sentidas e suas formas de resolução. É ainda apresentado um tema-problema intitulado “Evolução da condição física em alunos praticantes e não praticantes de exercício físico”, aplicado na minha turma e em mais duas de 12º ano, referentes a colegas pertencentes ao núcleo de estágio.
