A ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA PORTUGUESA NO SÉCULO XIX: Roteiro para um breve percurso

Abstract

Trata esta tese da Administração Pública Portuguesa do Século XIX, em seus aspectos jurídicos, sociais e políticos, com ênfase aos jurídicos, aspectos estes que influenciaram na organização e nas atividades das instituições estatais.Os documentos fundamentantes da atividade pública em questão, dentre muitos, a Constituição de 1822, a Carta Constitucional de 1824, a Constituição de 1838, Atos Adicionais e Códigos Administrativos promulgados neste período, foram também objeto desta dissertação, como o foram os doutrinadores que colaboraram na elaboração de referidos documentos construtores de uma época, inicialmente marcada pelo Absolutismo político, e posteriormente conduzida ao Liberalismo político.O surgimento do Direito Administrativo em Portugal foi, igualmente, alvo deste estudo.Trata esta tese da Administração Pública Portuguesa do Século XIX, em seus aspectos jurídicos, sociais e políticos, com ênfase aos jurídicos, aspectos estes que influenciaram na organização e nas atividades das instituições estatais.Os documentos fundamentantes da atividade pública em questão, dentre muitos, a Constituição de 1822, a Carta Constitucional de 1824, a Constituição de 1838, Atos Adicionais e Códigos Administrativos promulgados neste período, foram também objeto desta dissertação, como o foram os doutrinadores que colaboraram na elaboração de referidos documentos construtores de uma época, inicialmente marcada pelo Absolutismo político, e posteriormente conduzida ao Liberalismo político.O surgimento do Direito Administrativo em Portugal foi, igualmente, alvo deste estudo.
