When it comes to reducing risks and mitigating (post-disaster) disasters one of the main factors to be considered is that of urban areas susceptible to possible risks and how the indicators used differ from rural areas.A portion of this risk requires a study and detailing of events related to the disas-ter, the analysis of past situations in the cities and government actions in order to solve the main problems. In order to better understand the spatial distribution of losses and damages from possible disasters, it is relevant to search for alternatives for risk prevention and reduction in the different intervention scales.Such a search requires an in-depth analysis of various risk parameters and perspectives, with a view to proposing measures to strengthen disaster prevention systems, predict possible and eminent disasters, and when it is not possible to anticipate and avoid them, to mitigate the damage by fostering the resilience of public spaces and the populations that inhabit them. This dissertation intends to deal with the present and future possibilities of the Territorial Public Policy Analyzes, as well as the difficulties encountered by the States in the development and application of this subject in the practical case, as well as to understand how the theme has evolved with the pass the timeImportant and if it is necessary to understand the evolution of the Analysis of the Territorial Public Policy, it is necessary to make a brief explanation of the concepts of Risk and Vulnerability. After all, these public policies are intended to predict and mitigate risks. Initially, the theme of Risk and Vulnerabilities will be introduced to further explore the central theme: The Public Risk Policy Analysis.eng
