A Compra e Venda de Animais de Companhia

Abstract

Com a presente dissertação pretende-se analisar as alterações introduzidas pela Lei n.º 95/2017, de 23 de agosto, ao Decreto-Lei n.º 276/2001, de 17 de outubro, que vieram estabelecer normas específicas para a compra e venda de animais de companhia, em estabelecimentos comerciais e através de meios eletrónicos. Esta análise será contextualizada pelo estudo do contrato de compra e venda em geral.
