Relatório de Estágio. Mestrado em Análises Clínicas

Abstract

Com o objetivo de alcançar maior conhecimento nas Análises Clínicas optei por me inscrever no Mestrado em Análises Clínicas, pois achei uma mais valia para o meu percurso profissional que tem vindo a ser ligado em muito à área das Análises Clínicas. É uma área que considero importante pois tem a aplicação de diferentes conhecimentos. O Mestrado em Análises Clínicas, da Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade de Coimbra (FFUC), culmina com a realização de um estágio curricular de caráter profissional onde foi possível acompanhar e realizar as atividades desenvolvidas no laboratório. Foi-me dada a oportunidade de integrar toda a rotina de laboratório, tendo algumas dificuldades iniciais em termos de adaptação e novos locais e a diferentes dinâmicas de serviço. Dificuldades essas ultrapassadas pela vontade e dedicação que tive em querer aprender e inteirar-me de novas realidades. Para tal, contei com o apoio de toda dos laboratórios onde realizei o estágio curricular. Realizei o meu estágio no Serviço de Patologia Clínica do Centro Hospitalar Tondela - Viseu, EPE nas valências de Hematologia e Microbiologia e no Laboratório Germano de Sousa do Hospital CUF Viseu, as valências de Química Clínica e Imunologia, que termina com a realização deste relatório onde descrevo genericamente as características de cada Serviço e de uma forma mais resumida as áreas de Química Clínica e Imunologia. Por fim e com maior detalhe as valências que me entusiasmaram mais e onde permaneci mais tempo: Microbiologia e Hematologia!

In order to achieve greater knowledge in Clinical Analyzes I opted to enroll in the Master in Clinical Analyzes, as I found an added value for my professional career that has been linked in a lot to the area of Clinical Analyzes. It is an area that I consider important because you have the application of different knowledge.The Master of Clinical Analysis of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra (FFUC), culminates in the completion of a professional curricular trainee where it was possible to follow and carry out the activities developed in a laboratory.I was given the opportunity to integrate the entire laboratory routine, with some initial difficulties in terms of adaptation and new locations and different service dynamics.Difficulties overcome by the will and dedication I had in wanting to learn and discover new realities. For that, I counted on the support of all the laboratories where I completed the curricular internship. I completed my internship in the Clinical Pathology Service of the Tondela - Viseu Hospital Center, EPE in the Hematology and Microbiology valences and in the Germano de Sousa Laboratory of the Hospital CUF Viseu in the valencies of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology, which ends with this report where I describe generally the characteristics of each Service and more summarized the areas of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology. Finally, and in more detail the valences that have excited me the most and where I stayed longer: Microbiology and Hematology!
