Impacto Financeiro do Portugal 2020: Caso de estudo de uma empresa

Abstract

O presente relatório surge na sequência da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão pela Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra com a realização do Estágio Curricular na Indice ICT & Management, Lda., que teveinício a 1 de fevereiro de 2018 e fim a 11 de junho de 2018, no Departamento de Consultores de Projetos de Investimento e Formação. Atualmente, o Acordo de Parceria adotado entre Portugal e a Comissão Europeia é abrangido pelo período de 2014 a 2020, denominado por Portugal 2020, é financiado por cinco Fundos Europeus Estruturais e de Investimento, pelo que irá receber no total cerca de 25 mil milhões de euros, no qual são distribuídos pelos vários programas operacionais em que é composto.O tema enquadra-se no programa operacional do Norte 2020 e do POISE, uma vez que, a empresa em estudo é do Norte e pretende internacionalizar-se, através do aumento das quotas de mercado com os produtos atuais e nos mercados atuais.O objetivo deste estudo passa por analisar o impacto do projeto individual de investimento cofinanciando pelo Portugal 2020 numa empresa em específico e o seu respetivo impacto financeiro, através da análise de rácios/indicadores financeiros e económicos, comparando o “Ano Pré-Projeto” com os “Anos Projeto”.A comparação entre o que era espectável ter atingido no âmbito do projeto ao nível das demonstrações financeiras foi positivo, isto é, a realidade veio a demonstrar mais favorável do que foi previsto. Em termos operacionais do projeto, a empresa cresceu na questão que se propôs, que era as exportações, ou seja, houve um crescimento ao nível das mesmas.Em relação aos rácios/indicadores financeiros e económicos, no global, conclui-se que a empresa apresenta uma sólida situação financeira, apresentando uma autonomia financeira reforçada nos últimos anos decorrentes do projeto; tem um risco operacional e financeiro reduzido, uma vez que a empresa tem vindo a aumentar a sua margem bruta assim como a sua rendibilidade; e em termos de desempenho e crescimento tem sido positivo, pois existe um aumento do Volume de Negócios.

This report follows the achievement of a Master's degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, with the realization of a curricular internship in the Indice ICT & Management, Lda., beginning on 1 February 2018 and ending on 11 June 2018, in the Department of Investment and Training Project Consultants.Currently, the Partnership Agreement between Portugal and the European Commission covers the period from 2014 to 2020, called Portugal 2020. It is financed by five European Structural and Investment Funds and will therefore receive a total of around 25 billion euros, which are distributed among the various operational programs in which it is composed.The theme is part of the operational program of North 2020 and POISE, since the company in study is from the North and intends to internationalize by increasing market shares with current products and in current markets.The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of the individual investment project co-financing by Portugal 2020 in a specific company and its respective financial impact, by analyzing financial and economic ratios/indicators, comparing the "Pre-Project Year" with "Project Years".The comparison between what was expected to have reached within the scope of the project at the level of the financial statements was positive, which means, the reality was more favorable than anticipated. In operational terms of the project, the company grew in the question that was proposed, which was the exports, there was a growth in the same.Regarding the overall financial and economic ratios/indicators, it is concluded that the company presents a solid financial situation, presenting a greater financial autonomy in the last years resulting from the project; has a reduced operational and financial risk, as the company has been increasing its gross margin as well as its profitability; and in terms of performance and growth has been positive, as there is an increase in business volume.
