Abstract: The present report had as objectives to improve and standardize the methods of inspection in the quality by the employees of A.Henriques II.In the initial phase, the inspection process was analyzed through R & R studies, only focus in one reference. The results, as expected, were negative, who motivating the elaboration of this report. Initially, only one of the employees had the ability to inspect the reference as intended. To achieve the objectives outlined, some strategies were implemented, such as: a method of inspection based on the training to employees, so that it became more effective in the center of operations. The r esult was the creation of standard sample tables whose employees have access when they inspect the part in question. After the training phase, the same study done previously was repeated to quantify the improvement obtained. On these phase fourteen employees are able to inspect this reference.Another strategy, still focus on the inspection of this reference, was to change the flowchart of the whole process, implementing a 100% inspection in the production, being previously only a hour inspection done. This has made it possible to increase the quality of the inspection and to reduce waste in production. In the end, the objective was achieved since it was possible, through the improvement in inspection, to monitor and improve the production process in the injection sector
