Energy resolution of 19% for 2.3-keV X-rays and an equivalent noise of <50Â eV were obtained. Pulse amplitude and energy resolution were unaffected from 0 to 5Â T, demonstrating the insensitivity of this type of detector to strong magnetic fields. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10316/4489 | DOI: | 10.1016/S0168-9002(02)00854-9 | Rights: | openAccess |
