Autoria e comparticipação de pessoas físicas na fraude fiscal

Abstract

Com a presente investigação pretende-se proceder à observação analítica e respetiva sistematização ordenada dos dados empírico-dedutivos, à revisão e ponderação das soluções presentes e passadas, e à interpretação dos argumentos apresentados em face dos desafios jurídicos convocados pelo tema da autoria e comparticipação de pessoas físicas no domínio da fraude fiscal.
