Habitação mínima evolutiva : o repensar do espaço habitacional

Abstract

O objectivo deste trabalho consiste na pesquisa e análise teórico-prática do tema da habitação mínima evolutiva e apresentar, no final, um projecto habitacional que represente o conhecimento adquirido, durante este estudo. As pesquisas realizadas no tema da habitação, particularmente, habitação mínima, é algo que tem sido desenvolvido durante várias décadas. As pesquisas, que este trabalho vai-se apoiar, foram desenvolvidas, principalmente em Portugal onde, apesar de existir uma grande análise tanto teórica como prática, existe também uma grande falta de continuação do trabalho realizado previamente, uma vez que , actualmente, as construções deste tipo de casas são projectadas de uma forma pouco interessante, e sem qualquer tipo de hipótese de evolução, o que pode levar ao abandono das habitações. De forma a ajudar a uma melhor compreensão do tema, são também estudados conceitos como qualidade habitacional, standard, evolução e flexibilidade. Estes conceitos revelam ser uma grande ajuda e, até mesmo soluções, para a problemática da habitação mínima.

The purpose of this work consists on the research and analysis theoretical and practical of the theme minimum housing and, in the end, produce project of a housing unit that represents the knowledge acquired in this thesis. The researches held on the theme habitation is something that has been developed for several decades. The focus of this work is going to be, primarily in Portugal, where, even though exists a large analysis both theoretical and practical, it also occurs a lack of continuity in the work accomplished, since that, nowadays, the construction of this type of houses is planned in an uninteresting way and without any chance of evolution, which can lead to the abandonment of the houses. To a better understanding of the theme, concepts like housing quality, standard, evolution and flexibility are studied. These concepts reveal to be a big help and, even a solution, to the issue of minimum housing.
