Patrimônio, Memória e Identidades Marítimas. Proposta de Implantação de um Museu Digital Marítimo para o Extremo Oreinte das Américas – Paraíba/Brasil

Abstract

Esta dissertação visa acoplar conhecimentos acerca da cultura imaterial marítima, como forma de estabelecer diretrizes que interligam os conceitos de pesca artesanal, patrimônio cultural imaterial, e a formação da identidade das comunidades pesqueira. Dessa forma busca salientar as necessidades de se preservar a história, a memória e a cultura local como um parâmetro de enaltecer e interligar o passado com o presente de maneira a dinamizar e a expressar na sociedade atual que as tradições vem para ser um agregador da história do país e em como sofreu influências da colonização que auxiliaram para a formação da tradição que está muito além da espacialidade. O trabalho vem apresentar capítulos que discorrem sobre o patrimônio cultural nos parâmetros mundial, português e brasileiro, como forma de demonstrar como a museologia se constitui na atualidade, com análises das legislações vigentes no âmbito mundial. E o texto discute uma reflexão para a construção de um museu digital do extremo oriente das américas que tem como finalidade constituir a cultura imaterial como um bem musealizado e que venha a ser um enlace de aproximação das comunidades com uma proposta de uma plataforma digital dinâmica e que busca trabalhar o museu através de projetos educativos interativos, o desenvolvimento das mídias sociais e uma base de dados que possa facilitar as pesquisas e estudos acerca das tradições imateriais ligadas ao mar.

This work aims to engage knowledge of the maritime immaterial culture as a way to establish guidelines that connect artisanal fishing concepts, intangible cultural heritage, and the formation of the identity of the fishing communities. Thus seeks to highlight the need to preserve the history, memory and local culture as a parameter to praise and link the past with the present in order to streamline and to express in our society that the traditions come to be an aggregator of history of the country and how was influenced colonization that helped to form the tradition that is far beyond the spatiality. The work will present chapter who talk about cultural heritage in the global parameters, Portuguese and Brazilian, as a way to demonstrate how museology is constituted today, with analysis of the laws in force worldwide. And the paper discusses a reflection for the construction of a digital museum of the east estremo the Americas that aims to be the immaterial culture as well musealized and that will be a closer link communities with a proposal of a dynamic digital platform and which seeks to work the museum through interactive educational projects, the development of media members and a database that can facilitate research and studies on the intangible traditions linked to the sea.
