PERCEÇÃO DO PROFESSOR ESTAGIÁRIO, RESPETIVOS ALUNOS, COLEGAS DE ESTÁGIO E ORIENTADORA, SOBRE A INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA NO CONTEXTO DA AULA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Abstract

The Internship Report is part of the second year of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sports Science and Education, University of Coimbra. The internship took place in the José Estêvão School Grouping in Aveiro, more specifically in the Basic School Nº2 of São Bernardo with intervention in the 8th grade class J, in the school year 2022/2023.The report is divided into three chapters with themes related to the Teacher Training. The first chapter is composed of the life story and the characterization of the internship context. The second chapter refers to the reflective analysis of pedagogical practice, in which we reflect on the different areas that comprise the Pedagogical Internship, specifically teaching-learning activities, school organization and management activities, educational projects and partnerships and ethical-professional attitude. The third chapter refers to the development of the Theme-Problem, called "Perception of the trainee teacher, students, colleagues and supervisor about the pedagogical intervention in the context of the Physical Education class". This study aims to analyse and reflect on the perception of the students, the internship colleagues and the supervising teacher regarding the pedagogical intervention of the trainee teacher, checking the disagreements and agreements between the participants. At the first moment, the most convergent dimension was "Climate" and the most divergent was "Evaluation". In the second moment the most convergent was "Planning and Organization" and the most divergent was again "Evaluation". As conclusions of the study, we refer that the increased experience throughout the pedagogical intervention and the implementation of strategies were important factors in its evolution, because there was a positive increase in the perceptions in almost all dimensions, except for the opinion of the trainees' colleagues regarding the dimension planning and organization from moment one to moment two.

O Relatório de Estágio está inserido no segundo ano do Mestrado de Ensino em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação da Universidade de Coimbra. O estágio foi realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas José Estêvão em Aveiro, mais propriamente na Escola Básica Nº2 de São Bernardo com intervenção na turma do 8ºJ, no ano letivo de 2022/2023.O relatório está dividido em três capítulos com temas relacionados com o Estágio Pedagógico. O primeiro capítulo é composto pela história de vida e a caraterização do contexto do estágio. O segundo capítulo refere-se à análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, na qual realizámos uma reflexão acerca das diferentes áreas que integram o Estágio Pedagógico, mais concretamente as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, atividades de organização e gestão escolar, projetos e parcerias educativas e atitude ético-profissional. O terceiro capítulo é referente ao desenvolvimento do Tema-Problema, designado “Perceção do professor estagiário, respetivos alunos, colegas de estágio e orientadora, sobre a intervenção pedagógica no contexto da aula de Educação Física”. Com este estudo pretende-se analisar e refletir a perceção dos alunos, dos colegas de estágio e da professora orientadora, quanto à intervenção pedagógica do professor estagiário verificando as discordâncias e concordâncias entre os intervenientes. No 1º momento a dimensão mais convergente foi o “Clima” e a mais divergente a “Avaliação”. No 2º momento a mais convergente foi “Planeamento e Organização” e a mais divergente foi novamente a “Avaliação”. Como conclusões do estudo, referimos que o aumento da experiência ao longo da intervenção pedagógica e a implementação de estratégias foram fatores importantes na sua evolução pois verificou-se um aumento positivo das perceções em praticamente todas as dimensões com exceção da opinião dos colegas de estágio referente à dimensão planeamento e organização do momento um para o momento dois.
