Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico Desenvolvido na Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho, junto de uma turma do 7.º ano no ano letivo de 2022/2023.

Abstract

Este documento é referente ao Estágio Pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho, integrado no Mestrado da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. Este momento consiste no culminar das aprendizagens e competências adquiridas até aqui, confrontando estas com as dificuldades inerentes à profissão de docente, num contexto prático.O documento está inserido na Unidade Curricular de Relatório de Estágio e a sua constituição e elaboração foi originada tendo em conta a descrição das atividades realizadas, análise e reflexão de toda a experiência acumulada ao longo deste ano letivo enquanto professor estagiário da disciplina de Educação Física, na Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho, no ano letivo 2022/2023, com uma turma de 7.º ano.Este encontra-se estruturado em três capítulos, sendo o primeiro dedicado à Contextualização da Prática Desenvolvida, referindo as expetativas iniciais e escolhas metodológicas, a caracterização do contexto de estágio, nomeadamente a escola, o grupo de Educação Física, o núcleo de estágio e a turma. O segundo capítulo apresenta-se organizado em três áreas destinadas à Análise Reflexiva sobre a Prática Pedagógica, centrando-se no trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do estágio que passaremos a descrever: Área I — Atividade de Ensino-Aprendizagem, composta pela análise relativa aos planeamentos das aulas e unidades didáticas assim como a avaliação e efetivação destes, dando destaque à intervenção pedagógica e respetivas dimensões, seguindo-se uma reflexão sobre a atitude ético-profissional do professor estagiário e terminando com a justificação de todas as opções tomadas, referindo também as dificuldades com que nos deparámos; Área II — Atividades de Organização e Gestão Escolar, destacando a ação de assessoria realizada ao cargo de Diretor de Turma, durante o ano letivo; Área III — Projetos e Parcerias Educativas, salientando os projetos e eventos organizados, a sua estruturação e mais-valias para o nosso desenvolvimento como docente. Para finalizar o capítulo três abordará o tema problema, designado “Relações Interpessoais numa turma de 7.º ano da Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho”, expondo a sua caracterização e implementação de um programa de intervenção nas aulas de Educação Física com a apresentação dos procedimentos, resultados e conclusões obtidos.

This document refers to the Pedagogical Internship at Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho Secondary School, integrated into the Master's Degree of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra. This moment consists of the culmination of the learning and skills acquired so far, confronting the difficulties inherent to the teaching profession in a practical context.The document is part of the curricular unit of the Internship Report. Its constitution and elaboration were originated by considering the description of the activities carried out, analysis, and reflection of all the experience acquired throughout this school year as a trainee teacher of Physical Education at Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho Secondary School in the school year 2022/2023 while teaching a 7th-grade class.It is structured into three chapters. The first is devoted to the Contextualization of the Developed Practice, referring to the initial expectations and methodological choices, the characterization of the internship context, namely the school, the Physical Education group, the internship center, and the class. The second chapter is organized into three areas for the Reflective Analysis of Pedagogical Practice, focusing on the work developed throughout the internship, which we will now describe: Area I—Teaching-Learning Activity, consisting of the analysis of the lesson planning and teaching units as well as their evaluation and implementation, highlighting the pedagogical intervention and its dimensions, followed by a reflection on the ethical and professional attitude of the trainee teacher and ending with the justification of all the options taken, also mentioning the difficulties we encountered; Area II—School Organization and Management Activities, highlighting the advisory action taken to the position of Class Director during the school year; Area III—Projects and Educational Partnerships, highlighting the projects and events organized, their structuring and added value for our development as teachers. Lastly, chapter three will address the problematic issue, “Interpersonal relationships in a 7th-grade class of Dr. Joaquim de Carvalho Secondary School”, exposing its characterization and implementation of an intervention program in Physical Education classes, presenting procedures, results, and conclusions.
