PERCEÇÃO DO PROFESSOR ESTAGIÁRIO, RESPETIVOS ALUNOS, COLEGAS DE ESTÁGIO E ORIENTADORA, SOBRE A INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA NO CONTEXTO DA AULA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio pretende demonstrar o percurso do estágio pedagógico que constitui a integração do professor estagiário num contexto real de prática e que tenta através do acompanhamento passar da aprendizagem teórica para uma formação prática, adquirindo novas capacidades e competências necessárias para o exercício da profissão de docente de educação física, representando assim a conclusão do mestrado em ensino de educação física nos ensinos básicos e secundário da Faculdade de Ciências Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra.O estágio pedagógico foi desenvolvido na escola básica nº2 de São Bernardo, junto da turma do 7º ano de escolaridade, letra H, no decorrer do ano letivo de 2022/2023. Assim sendo este documento pretende refletir e apresentar os processos e atividades realizadas no estágio pedagógico centrando-se numa análise crítica e reflexiva de todo o processo realizado. A apresentação deste documento reflete de forma fundamentada as decisões tomadas proporcionando aprendizagens significativas não só aos alunos como também aos professores-estagiários.O primeiro capítulo reflete sobre a temática alusiva à contextualização da prática desenvolvida, composto pela história de Vida e pela caracterização do contexto em que se insere. O segundo capítulo desenvolve a análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, no qual realizámos uma reflexão sobre as diversas áreas integrantes no estágio pedagógico, as atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, a organização e gestão escolar, os projetos e parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional. No terceiro capítulo é trabalhado e desenvolvido o tema-problema, designado “Perceção do professor estagiário, respetivos alunos, colegas de estágio e orientadora sobre a intervenção pedagógica no contexto da aula de Educação Física”.. Com o desenvolvimento deste estudo, pretendemos analisar e refletir se a perceção de todos os intervenientes vai de encontro à sua auto perceção, verificando as suas concordâncias e discordâncias. Houve uma convergência de perceções entre os intervenientes no estudo, e os resultados foram mais positivos no segundo momento em comparação com o primeiro.

This internship report aims to demonstrate the pedagogical internship journey, which constitutes the integration of the trainee teacher in a real practice context and seeks to transition from theoretical learning to practical training through supervision. It involves acquiring new skills and competencies necessary for the teaching profession in physical education, representing the conclusion of the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sports Sci-ences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra.The pedagogical internship was carried out at Primary School No. 2 in São Ber-nardo, with the 7th grade, class H, during the academic year 2022/2023. Therefore, this document aims to reflect and present the processes and activities carried out dur-ing the pedagogical internship, focusing on a critical and reflective analysis of the en-tire process.The presentation of this document substantiates the decisions made, providing meaningful learning not only to the students but also to the trainee teachers.The first chapter reflects on the thematic aspect related to the contextualiza-tion of the practice developed, consisting of a life history and a characterization of the context in which it is inserted.The second chapter develops a reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice, in which we reflect on the various areas included in the pedagogical internship, such as teaching and learning activities, school organization and management, educational projects and partnerships, and ethical-professional attitude.The third chapter addresses the problem-topic designated as "Perception of the trainee teacher, respective students, internship colleagues, and supervisor regarding pedagogical intervention in the Physical Education class context." With the develop-ment of this study, we aim to analyze and reflect on whether the perception of all par-ticipants aligns with their self-perception, assessing their agreements and disagree-ments. There was a convergence of perceptions among the participants in the study, and the results were more positive in the second phase compared to the first.
