Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico surge no âmbito da unidade curricular Relatório de Estágio, do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. Este documento é o culminar da aplicação de tudo o que foi adquirido ao longo dos anos de formação em desporto e, por fim, ensino da Educação Física, sendo que explica as ações utilizadas ao longo deste Estágio Pedagógico, realizado na Escola Secundária Lima-de-Faria, no ano letivo de 2021/2022, com a turma do 7º LF1. Este relatório apresenta o papel, de forma integra, que um professor deve ser: melhorar, fazer melhorar e transmitir conhecimentos e aprendizagens aos alunos através de um ensino de qualidade, incutindo-lhes valores morais e sociais ao mesmo tempo. Propósito no qual é imprescindível o planeamento, a sua realização e avaliação. O processo de estágio desenvolve-se baseado nas orientações obtidas através do Guia de Estágio Pedagógico, no qual se estabelecem objetivos a cumprir inerentes a quatro áreas de intervenção: Atividades de Ensino-Aprendizagem (Área 1), Atividades de Organização e Gestão Escolar (Área 2), Projetos e Parcerias Educativas (Área 3) e Atitude Ético-Profissional (Área 4). A análise crítico-reflexiva inicia com uma contextualização da prática pedagógica que inclui uma breve história de vida e o Plano de Formação Individual, que reflete o ponto de situação inicial do estágio. Em conclusão, este documento é constituído por três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo sendo centrado na caracterização do contexto e dos agentes envolvidos, (a escola, o núcleo de estágio, departamento de Educação Física e a turma). O segundo capítulo envolve uma análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica, abordando as atividades do ensino e aprendizagem (atividades de organização de gestão escolar, as parcerias e projetos educativos e a atitude ética-profissional). Por último, o terceiro capítulo representa o desenvolvimento de uma investigação realizada ao longo de todo o ano letivo, consistindo na análise dos níveis de motivação das alunas federadas e não federadas nas aulas de Educação Física.

This Pedagogical Internship Report is part of the course unit Internship Report of the second year of the master’s degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education, University of Coimbra. This document is the culmination of the application of everything that was acquire over the years of training in sport and teaching of Physical Education, and explains the actions used throughout this Pedagogical Training, held in the Escola Secundária Lima-de-Faria, in the school year 2021/2022, with the class of 7th LF1. This report presents the role, in an integral way, that a teacher should be to and make improve, and transmit knowledge and learning to students through quality teaching, instilling moral and social values to them at the same time. For this purpose, planning, implementation, and evaluation are essential. The internship process is based on the guidance’s obtained through the ”Guia de Estágio Pedagógico”, in which objectives are established to be accomplished inherent to four areas of intervention: Teaching-Learning Activities (Area 1), School Organization and Management Activities (Area 2), Educational Projects and Partnerships (Area 3) and Ethical-Professional Attitude (Area 4). The reflective analysis begins with a contextualization of the pedagogical practice that includes a brief life history and “Plano de Formação Individual”, which reflects the initial point of the internship. To conclude, this document consists of three chapters. The first focused on the characterization of the context and the agents involved (the school, the internship core, Physical Education department and the class). Second chapter involves a reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice, addressing the teaching and learning activities (school management organization activities, the partnerships and educational projects and the ethical-professional attitude). Finally, third chapter represents the development of an investigation conducted throughout the school year, consisting in the analysis of the levels of motivation of federated students in the lessons of Physical Education.
