Relatório de Estágio Pedagógico Desenvolvido no Agrupamento de Escolas de Tábua com a turma do 8ºB, no Ano Letivo de 2022/2023 - Motivação e Feedback Autocontrolado na Aprendizagem Motora

Abstract

O Estágio Pedagógico insere-se no plano de estudos do segundo ano do Mestrado de Ensino em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física, da Universidade de Coimbra. Este estágio foi concretizado na Escola Secundária de Tábua, incluída no Agrupamento de Escolas de Tábua, com intervenção na turma do 8ºB de ensino regular. O mesmo teve início no dia 1 de setembro de 2022 e término no dia 31 de maio de 2023. O presente Relatório remete para uma análise reflexiva de todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano letivo, nomeadamente das atividades no âmbito da intervenção pedagógica. Este documento encontra-se dividido em 3 capítulos: I – Contextualização da prática; II – Análise Reflexiva sobre a Prática Pedagógica e III – Aprofundamento do tema- problema. Relativamente ao aprofundamento do tema-problema, este foi realizado ao longo do 3º período nas turmas do 8ºA, 8ºB e 9ºC relacionado com a temática do feedback autocontrolado na aquisição de habilidades motoras. A amostra foi composta por 46 alunos, sendo vinte e dois do género feminino e vinte e quatro do género masculino, com idades compreendidas dos 13 aos 16 anos e teve uma duração de 3 semanas. Esta experiência tornou-se uma mais-valia para o meu futuro enquanto Professor de Educação Fisica, uma vez que me deu a possibilidade de perceber na prática o que é ser professor e quais as tarefas desenvolvidas pelo mesmo. Com isto, consegui adquirir conhecimentos e competências que me iram permitir ser um melhor professor na minha vida profissional futura.

The Teacher Training is part of the study plan for the second year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra.This internship took place at Escola Secundária de Tábua, included in the Agrupamento de Escolas de Tábua, with intervention in the 8th B class of regular education. It started on September 1, 2022 and ended on May 31, 2023.This Report refers to a reflective analysis of all the work carried out throughout the school year, namely the activities within the scope of pedagogical intervention.This document is divided into three chapters: I – Contextualization of the practice; II – Reflective Analysis on Pedagogical Practice and III – Deepening of the problem-theme.Regarding the deepening of the theme-problem, this was carried out during the 3rd period in the classes of 8th A, 8th B and 9th C related to the theme of self-controlled feedback in the acquisition of motor skills. The sample consisted of forty-six students, twenty-two female and twenty-four male, aged between 13 and 16 years and lasted for 3 weeks.This experience, despite being challenging, became an added value for my future as a Physical Education Teacher, since it gave me the possibility to understand in practice what it is to be a teacher and what tasks it performs. With this, I managed to acquire knowledge and skills that will allow me to be a better teacher in my future professional life.
