Ser professor é dar o exemplo

Abstract

Resumo No âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Matemática no 3. º ciclo do Ensino Básico e no Secundário da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias da Universidade de Coimbra, foi redigido o presente Relatório de Estágio que contempla as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do ano letivo 2022/2023, no decorrer do Estágio Pedagógico na Escola Secundária José Falcão, em Coimbra, orientado cientificamente pela Professora Doutora Helena Maria Mamede Albuquerque e orientado pedagogicamente pela Professora Natividade de Jesus Correia Morgado. A autora deste relatório desenvolveu a sua prática de ensino supervisionado na turma 5 do 11.º ano, na disciplina de Matemática A, tendo acompanhado o trabalho da Orientadora Cooperante na outra turma que lhe foi atribuída (a turma 7 do 11.º ano, na disciplina de Matemática A). A Professora Estagiária teve, também, a oportunidade de seguir de perto o trabalho no âmbito da Direção de Turma atribuída à sua Orientadora Cooperante, que coincidia com a sua turma principal. A Professora Estagiária lecionou algumas aulas, desenvolveu atividades na Escola Secundária José Falcão, participou em diversas reuniões para as quais foi convocada, acompanhando e colaborando com todo o trabalho realizado pela Professora Cooperante. O Estágio Pedagógico é um processo e uma fase de desenvolvimento extremamente importante na preparação de um aluno de um Mestrado em Ensino. Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever as aprendizagens adquiridas e as tarefas realizadas pela Professora Estagiária ao longo deste ano.

AbstractWithin the scope of the Master in Mathematics Teaching in the 3rd cycle of Basic and Secondary Education at Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. This Internship Report, includes the activities carried out throughout the academic year of 2022/2023, during the Pedagogical Internship at Escola Secundária José Falcão, in Coimbra, scientifically guided by Professor Helena Maria Mamede Albuquerque and pedagogically guided by Professor Natividade de Jesus Correia Morgado. The author of this report developed her supervised teaching practice in class 5 of the 11th grade, in the subject of Mathematics A, having accompanied the work of the Cooperating Advisor in the other class assigned to her (class 7 of the 11th grade, in the subject of Mathematics A). The Intern Teacher also had the opportunity to closely observe the work of the Cooperating Advisor when it comes to the management of the class the Advisor was responsible for. This class is also the main class of the Intern Teacher. The Intern Teacher taught some classes, developed many activities at Escola Secundária José Falcão, participated in several meetings in which her presence was mandatory. She also accompanied, assisted, and actively participated in all the class and activity preparation done by the Cooperating Teacher.The Pedagogical Internship is an extremely important process and stage of development in preparing a student for a Master’s Degree in Teaching. This report aims to describe the lessons learned and the tasks carried out by the Trainee Professor during this valuable period.
