Migrantes LGBT+ em Espanha: A importância da orientação sociolaboral no coletivo migrantes LGBT

Abstract

This report deals with what was achieved during the curricular internship for the Master's Degree in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, which took place at the LGBT+ migrant and refugee association, Kif-Kif, under the Erasmus+ Programme in the 2022/23 academic year. Based on the gaps identified at the organisation, it was possible to understand the needs of its target audience, which made it possible to create a project that addresses thedifferent needs at a socio-occupational level, which were defined through semi-structured interviews with people who are part of the LGBT+ migrant collective. In this way, a project was created, Abrir una segunda puerta, based on Serrano's guidelines (2008). Various activities were created to address the obstacles faced by this population in their day-to-day lives in Spain, more specifically in the Community of Madrid. These activities were developed, always from the perspective of the LGBT+ migrant person, and they were varied, trying to fill all the gaps previously identified: creating a CV; digital training; bureaucratic difficulties; discrimination in the workplace/job interviews. Although the project is at the centre of this report, it is also essential to mention the importance of an NGO's administrative work, which is essential for its smooth running. The account of experiences in the organisation's administrative sector gives us an idea of the plurality of activities carried out, both at a social intervention level and at a more technical administrative level. Sexual health is also an extremely important issue, given the tasks carried out in this area, such as carrying out rapid HIV tests, disseminating information on the subject and distributing preventive material. These three spheres allowed a more detailed look at the different mechanisms of an NGO, which also allowed technical administrative knowledge to be applied to social intervention and vice versa

O presente relatório trata daquilo que foi realizado ao longo do estágio curricular do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação, da Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, que decorreu na associação de migrantes e refugiados LGBT+, Kif-Kif, sendo este realizado ao abrigo do Programa Erasmus+, no ano letivo de 2022/23. Com base nas lacunas identificadas na entidade, foi possível entender as necessidades do seu público-alvo, o que permitiu criar um projeto que alberga as diferentes carências a nível sociolaboral, sendo que as mesmas foram definidas através de entrevistas semi-estruturadas a pessoas que se inserem dentro do coletivo migrantesLGBT+. Desta forma, criou-se um projeto, Abrir una segunda puerta, com base nas diretrizes de Serrano (2008). Criaram-se várias atividades que colmataram os obstáculos que esta população enfrenta no seu dia-a-dia em Espanha, mais especificamente na Comunidade de Madrid. Estas atividades foram desenvolvidas, sempre na perspetiva da pessoa migrante LGBT+, sendo que estas foram variadas, tentando preencher todas as lacunas previamente identificadas: criação de um currículo; formação a nível digital; dificuldades burocráticas; discriminação no local/entrevistas de trabalho. Apesar do projeto estar no centro do presente relatório, é ainda fundamental mencionar a importância do trabalho administrativo de uma ONG, algo essencial para o bom funcionamento da mesma. O relato das experiências vividas no setor administrativo da entidade dão-nos conta da pluralidade de atividades desenvolvidas, seja a um nível de intervenção social, seja a um nível mais técnico-administrativo. A saúde sexual é ainda um tema de extrema relevância, tendo em conta as funções realizadas neste âmbito, como a realização de provas rápidas de HIV, a divulgação de informação pertinente ao tema eainda a distribuição de material preventivo. Estas três esferas permitiram um olhar mais pormenorizado aos diferentes mecanismos de uma ONG, o que também permitiu a aplicação dos conhecimentos técnico-administrativos na intervenção social e vice-versa.
